Hello , This beautiful apartment/house was completed in 2024. Fulda is 10 minutes away by car or train. Train station and city bus are 300 meters away. 2 parking spaces, towels, bed linens, ironing board, iron, washing machine, dryer, bathrobes, safe, fiber optic, dishes, kettle, toaster, Philipps Senseo pad incl. Pads, tea etc. are provided free of charge. The barrel sauna outside is at your disposal free of charge. Wallbox costs €0.40/kWh. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us :-)

Die zentrale Lage mitten in Deutschland eignet sich gut für die Durchreise, bis zur A7/A5 sind es ca. 10 min. In der Umgebung befinden sich viele Fahrrad-und Wanderwege. 10 min entfernt liegt die Lebensgemeinschaft Sassen/Richthof. Lebensmittelgeschäfte in Schlitz oder Niederaula sind auch in 10 min. erreichbar.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Ortsteil des Fuldaer Stadtgebiet. Man ist mit dem PKW innerhalb weniger Minuten ins Zentrum Fulda’s gefahren. Eine Stadtbusverbindung in die Innenstadt besteht auch. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über eine überdachte, bestuhlte Terrasse mit Markise. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig. Sie verfügt über einen großen Fernseher mit MagentaTV Zugang. W-LAN ist natürlich vorhanden, ebenso wie kostenlose Parkplätze.

Fantastic vacation home Rhönblick

Welcome to the geographical centre of Germany. Welcome to the Rabsch family in the tranquil Mittelrode, just outside the gates of the baroque town of Fulda. Fulda not only offers a beautiful old town with its beautiful alleys, but also has a lot to offer with its numerous festivals, especially the Christmas market.
