Very nice stay for a big group. The house is big and clean.

Private villa, perfect to hang back in a group. Neighbors are very quiet. Pool and beach right at your doorstep, what else could you want!? Quick walk next door to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Will definitely come back!

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Nice place to stay very cosy

I enjoyed my first time in mexico. I loved the location of the place since it was very safe. I walked outside every night and never did i worry about my safety.

Fascinating, everyone, even the guards, was attentive

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

The listing is as described and very convenient. The very playful arrival of clear explanations. Perfectly matches a useful space for families or groups of friends. The place was beautiful, definitely worth it if you want a more private area to come back to after your day. Very spacious, 3 floors, and the room on the top floor is gorgeous.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

Yashmina’s place is quiet and has great amenities. The south side of the island is quiet and remote. Plenty of cooking space and all the equipment you need to cook a nice meal. We ate all our meals in Punta Norte as the few restaurants in Punta Sur closed early. The downtown area was perfect for supper and breakfast. Taxi drivers drive us right up to the walkway to the home. My daughter and I stayed and we appreciated the locked gate as the walkway to the gate was a little dark. I’d recommend having the taxi driver drive into the walkway. We had quiet nights and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the onsite pools but if my husband and I had gone we would have for sure!! Monse and Yashmina were very responsive and helpful. Monse even provided taxi service a few times.

Perfect place to stay in Isla!

Everything was excellent!! The arrival instructions were clear and even allowed us to store our luggage in advance and we are very grateful. Few hosts currently allow it. They welcomed us and showed us the apartment's amenities. The truth is, we were delighted with the apartment, the pool, the very quiet area and if you don't have a car you can move around at all times on Route 1 or Uber, The host also made some recommendations. We felt at home, we didn't want to leave. The pool is huge, we rested very well and without a doubt you feel that they strive to keep everything good for their guest and I insist, it is appreciated. Do not hesitate to book it, believe me it will be worth it. As mentioned, right in front is the xailing pier to Isla Mujeres. Another thing, it also has a washing machine with clear instructions for its use. I confirm, I totally recommend the accommodation.

We loved this condo! We loved that we could walk to 2 restaurants just outside of the gates and a pharmacy /corner store. Just a walk across the street was a ferry dock and beach with bar that we loved as well. The security at the condo gates made us feel very safe and were always friendly and helpful even calling us a taxi. The condo itself was in a beautiful complex. pool with a dock at the back where our fishing charter picked us up. Inside the condo we noticed the water pressure was bad which caused one of the toilets to struggle to fully flush. There were a few sugar ants in the kitchen not so many that it was gross. They just happen in tropical climates. The water jugs were empty which meant we had to buy. All of the ACs worked great at night when sleeping! The place is not perfect but we loved the space. The couch was a little dirty and felt pretty worn out (I wouldn’t want to sleep on it). Host was amazing, always responsive, met us at condo when we landed to get us checked in

Very friendly and helpful guests. was always available for any little question we had. The place was big and beautiful. Very private and peaceful. My wife and I enjoyed every minute we spent here.

The space was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was especially kind and accommodating — they allowed me to check out later than the usual time, which really helped me out with my travel plans

I can't say enough how much I enjoy staying at Gerardo's. He's always friendly and helpful. The apartment is absolutely wonderful and comfortable. it just has a really great vibe. This was my third stay at the tropical jungle Oasis. The location is wonderful there are so many things close by the neighborhood is safe and the whole apartment complex is absolutely charming. As for the price, you can't beat it. I feel like I got way more than I paid for. I will definitely stay again the next time I return to Cancun.

I loved the stay. Super good location and super clean

We loved the apartment, it was beautiful. The bed is comfy and the view of the roof top was superb. We see the ocean and the shark tower;-)

Super energy, great stay The directions were great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The accommodation was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt comfortable immediately. The view is awesome, but I also liked the flair of the back of the house, so the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water ready and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a large purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, super. At night, the beach was loud: people, music and motorcycle shows. It is only fair to mention this for people who have a light sleep. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night.
