Holiday rentals with a sauna in Hotel Zone

Jerry and Stan were wonderful hosts! They reminded me of what I truly loved about Airbnb years ago—when it was about real connections. They were so welcoming and genuinely enjoyed hosting which made all the difference. We stayed at both Seaside Haven and their other property, Active Beach House—each felt like home away from home. Clean and cozy with breathtaking views. It’s rare to find hosts like this anymore, and I’m so happy we did.

Sara was super helpful with our stay and answered all our questions prior to arrival. The condo was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of 5. So glad we found this gem!

Garza Blanca is a beautiful resort and booking through a private owner was definitely more cost effective than booking through the resort. You do have to pay the all inclusive fee on top of the booking price, which we knew ahead of time so was not a big deal. We took a 4-day trip with our family, including a 2-year old and a 7-month old. The resort was accommodating with a crib and the kitchen & washer/dryer were a huge bonus. Our family is vegetarian and the food was pretty mediocre for our stay. There is only 1 restaurant you can just walk into, the rest require reservations and were full during our stay which means we could either go that restaurant or order room service. Monica was a very responsive host and we appreciate the insight she provided prior to our trip.

Alfredo’s place was awesome, located at the heart of Cancun downtown, the building is private and aesthetic. We enjoyed cooking and getting tanned in the rooftop pool, everything was wonderful!! Thank you for this memorable stay Alfredo!

This 1 bd, 5th floor, Condo located on the Oleo Resort property is perfect for a person or a couple who wants to have stunning beach views. The condo is at the Oleo Resort with great amenities, the pool and gym access were great. The host was very proactive in their communication with me. This was my 2nd overseas solo Airbnb vacation. Augustin and crew ensured transportation for my arrival and departure was set up before my arrival. Additionally, since traveling solo for my Bday, the host provided an opportunity for my friends to communicate and schedule and pay for one of the many excursions they have to offer. The property is in a great location, the hop on and hop off Red Bus stop (Cancun’s Hotel zone bus line) is located right outside the property. A local convenience store and 2 restaurants are located across the street if you do not want to opt to pay for the Resort’s all inclusive packages. Very friendly resort staff, pool area that has a live vibe. Would book again.

My stay at Carmen's was great, I couldn't have wished for a better host, Carmen is interesting, full of tales and generous with everything. I'm so glad I chose to stay at Carmen's and not a hotel, my time in Cancun would not have been so full. Carmen welcomed me into her home and treated me like family, including me in Christmas and New years plans, which I appreciate deeply. I would 100% recommend staying here, you have everything you could need inside and everything else within walking distance, with an attentive, helpful host. The apartment is less than 15min walk to the R2 bus which takes you to the hotel zone (I made the walk between 8-11mins) the bus stop is found on the other side of Walmart, just walk through the carpark and there's a stop on the left or right. There are convenience shops around the corner, big supermarkets and restaurants. If you're planning trips, the closest hotel for pick-up is Ibis centro (urban)or Smart Cancun by oasis Thank you for my stay <3

Austin's place is exactly as described. Its clean, white, comfortable and free of clutter with an unobstructed view of the beautiful blue Caribbean ocean right outside your window ! Quick and easy access to the pools, bars, beach and restaurants. Juan his cohost was excellent and always there to ask for help or assistance. Great Place would stay again for sure !

Eric is a great host, communicated with me even when he was busy at work. Hotel is pretty new and clean. The only downside that the restaurants were booked solid and needed to book way in advance, didn’t even try all of them. Not sure if food was worth paying the all inclusive.

The airbnb location was in a GREAT area, there are restaurants across the street, but for more options we recommend taking the red bus. Very safe, there is only one way down and one way back up which we really liked. The bus can pretty much take you anywhere, and it’s $1 USD/ 12 pesos.

If you looking for a room to stay , its really nice and brand new condo. it has beautiful pool and gym, with few steps to everything like shops restaurants

This was my third year staying here and it was a perfect stay once again! I love that is attached to the resort; makes it easy to book my spa days! I’m looking forward to booking again next year!

Where to begin! The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing Villa/apartment. The guards very helpful and attentive, clean big spacious and the AC worked great! Just loved it

This is a beautiful home. i highly recommend. this is a 3 story condo. 1 floor has a nice entrance right away you have a restroom, kitchen & living room. there is a small bedroom with a bathroom with shower. (all bedrooms have bathrooms) 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms 1room is facing the view to the beach and the pool. 3rd floor is an entire bedroom which has a jacuzzi and shower and alot of room in closet space. this room also has a balcony. the home has working ac and the home has a lot of supplies. washer and dryer. walking distance to a beautiful fancy restaurant called Navios and also near and oxxo. this home is located in a great place we used the public transportation (red bus) which passed by right in the front of the condos. the host has great communication. was fast responding when needed. very friendly and allow us extra time. also extra time after checking out host let us leave our bags while we waited for our transportation. i would definitely stay here again. love this home.

It was a very quiet and peaceful place, we had the beach basically to ourselves and we could not have asked for better host. Will be back
