We had a great stay at Tamy's place and could not recommend it enough. It was very comfortable for 5 adults for a four-night stay. Tamy provided drinking water and coffee which was super helpful. The views are spectacular, especially from the rooftop terrace. The pool area has lots of seating, but be sure to head down early if you want to sit in the shade or at the beach. The poolside restaurant has a huge variety of food and drinks, and the convenience store next to the security guard station is well equipped. OXXO is right across the street if you need anything additional. Everyone entering the property has to be checked in by a security guard, so we felt extremely safe. We did have some issues with the elevator working one day, so be sure to carry the emergency key with you just in case. If you are looking for a great local restaurant, head across the street to Navios. Everything on the menu was so delicious, we went back twice. Thank you, Tamy, we had a great stay!

Our family had a great week at the Westin Lagunamar! The 2BR suite was very spacious, the staff really nice/helpful, and the resort is in a great location with nice pool/beach area. Short walk to the mall across the street, where there many good restaurants and shops. Great family vacation!

Thanks Kenny for all your helpful advice while booking. We ended up renting a vehicle which made our stay much better. While we had no reason to leave the resort, having a vehicle allowed us to try different food/restaurants, shop around and sight see without having to schedule or wait for taxis.

It was a very pleasant place to stay, I like that Alado has a coffee for breakfast. The very good installation, has several amenities that it describes. And very close to ADO.

This is our third time coming to the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We liked that the location was close enough to restaurants, beach and other conveniences. Mornings were wonderful for daily walks along malecon. The plunge pool was so nice to cool off in. We would definitely stay again. Tom and Dawn are very kind and personable. They are quick to respond to questions.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this charming and conveniently located airbnb! The place was clean and well maintained, and we loved being in the center of it all with the ocean view.

excellent service from the host, the room was fine, only it smelled too much of beer probably from the previous guests, the bed blankets in very very poor condition

This experience was grand & full of spectacular service. The minute you book with Benjamín you are outstandingly well communicated with him until your final moment of the trip. I was mesmerized by the service I had all the way through. You really get all inclusive to the resort and all amenities! I would come back to this stay over & over & I highly recommend it to the world! The place is very luxurious as it shows in the pictures & even more until you get to your room! They were very accommodating and were able to get us in within a day notice! Their place is perfect for bringing families together because you are all under the same roof but each family/couple has their own space in their own condo. Mateo was great help too. Thank you guys for the great time!

It is good accommodation very good location only if it lacks a lot of maintenance, the sheets are a little stained, the airs serve very well in all rooms and the cost is very accessible.

The location is unbeatable, close to the entertainment venues, with the beach a few meters away, crossing the street there is a selective Soriana and an oxxo, pharmacy, etc., the room I touch is spacious, and the pool is just in front with a great view.

Perfect place to stay its right off the edge of the ocean its really calm and peaceful there its in a Great location very close to some of the best beaches on the Island and Downtown where there is many places to eat and shop! Overall 10/10 would definitely stay here again ! No complaints

Great place! It was clean and Sam and Nour were very accommodating with our needs. We are really thankful for all the help with the 2 cribs we requested for our twins. We will definitely stay with them again!

This has been my greatest experience on Air Bnb. Patricia and her family and friendly people and they welcomed me in their home like I always belonged there. I highly recommend her house. If you are looking for a peaceful and safe place to stay, this is the right address. She provided me with everything I needed during my stay. Good restaurants, places to visit, where to buy groceries etc. The dogs are lovely and you will fall in love with them (if you love animals) ❤️ Best address in Cancun if you want a host who knows the area and the good spots. You are insane if you not book this place.

The place has a small park and picina, games for children. It's quiet and if you have enough security to go quietly with children. I recommend notifying before if there are more than 4 people as there are only 2 beds. But if you occupy more they bring you an inflatable mattress. It's clean and the stay is just what you pay for. In addition, answer always and quick to answer your questions. If you are looking to have a good time with the family this is excellent

Very good place to stay, they are always ready for whatever you need

Everything was perfect. The resort is beautiful and one of my favorite places to visit. The restaurants had delicious food, the cocktails were amazing and the staff was very friendly. Definitely worth the price for this luxurious all inclusive resort. I'll definitely stay again. Rebecca was an amazing host and I I highly recommend!
