Beautiful accommodation with separate entrance and private garden leading to a comfortable suite with queen size bed for two, full bathroom and private kitchen. The pool is the only shared space. Located in a mixed area with restaurants and a variety of shops. The entrance to the Hotel Zone is 300 meters away, where public transport passes to the beach, and the ADO station is 5 minutes away, with routes to the airport and other tourist destinations.

The studio is located at the best beach area in Cancun, you will enjoy its spectacular caribbean ocean view with its baby blue waters!. It is right on the beach with easy access. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and families (with kids), best for maximum 4 adults and one child. Enjoy our comfortable studio apartment located in the heart of Downtown Cancun, close to many local restaurants and just a short walk away from the bus that takes you to the hotel zone and the ADO bus station. Please carefully read the rules of the house and consider that our check in time is from 3 to 8 pm.
