A 300 m, la plage et 2 chemins de randonnée. A 250 m vous disposerez de commodités, (Spar, boulangerie, restos, PMU). Le parking privé est équipé d'une borne de recharge électrique et la fibre est mise à disposition dans le logement.Linge de maison en suppl 10 €/pers, détail rubrique logement.

The pond cottage

Dans un lieu préservé, à 5 mn du Golfe du Morbihan, charmant chalet au bord d'un étang en pleine nature. Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). Animal de compagnie : 30€ Ménage optionnel : 40€.

This house, located on the outskirts of a hamlet, about 10 minutes from the GR 340 (stage between Sauzon and Locmaria), is located in a garden shared with our home. It offers an ideal break for walkers and lovers of nature and calm. The property can accommodate 2 people. Apart from walkers, it is best to have a means of transportation to make the most of your stay, as we are in the countryside.
