The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. There is a parking space for your car in the yard.

Die kleine Wohnung (34 m²) ist für 2 bis 4 Personen buchbar und verfügt über einen Wohn-Schlafraum, einer Küche und ein Bad. Ein großer Garten mit Sitzecken und Liegewiese kann mit genutzt werden. Kleinere Haustiere sind erlaubt. WLAN ist vorhanden.

Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
