When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. The cottage is located on the outskirts of the village overlooking the Orlické Mountains. The garden is fenced, which is very safe for small children and pets. A courtyard is available for parking your vehicle. There are many bike trails, forests, ponds, and beautiful nature in the area. The village of Poběžovice is located about 15 km from two large regional cities, Pardubice and Hradec Králové. There are many sports and cultural activities. History lovers will find many castles and chateaux nearby.

A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna.
