About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. Truly amazing experience all throughout! First I must commend the hosts for the very warm welcome, I wish all Airbnb hosts were like Matjaz and his partner. Clear instructions, fast communication and a genuine desire to help. They helped us haul our luggage and went out of their way to share a personal portable fire pit (upon request) for an even cozier stay. Just the right balance between being proactive at first and respecting our peace and quiet for the remainder of our trip. Kudos to the hosts! The house itself was spotlessly clean, very charming and tastefully decorated. It’s a building about 100 years old that was renovated by the hosts, and you could feel no detail was overlooked, no expense was spared. Did I mention the house wine? The host’s family pride themselves as winemakers and we have certainly partaken in their product. Much appreciated, thank you! So again, overall highly, highly recommended. I wish all hosts and Airbnbs would match this standard of hospitality.

We had an amazing month-long stay at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a long stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. One of the best parts was the location. It was in a quiet area but had easy access to the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring, dining out, and running errands. The hosts were incredibly welcoming. Overall, we highly recommend this place for both short- and long-term stays and would definitely stay here again!

Very modern apartment unit with a really good location. Everything looked modern, renovated and clean. Really, but really fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with a washer and dryer that come in handy for a loger stays. The surroundings were nice, walkable to the Varazdin old town, as well as every other place in the city. The host was very resposinve and helpfull. I fully reccomend this place for stays in Varazdin, Croatia

A very nice environment, easy to find due to the clear instructions. Also with the signs along the road. Kristijan was friendly, the cottage was nicely decorated, but there were no curtains so I found it a little scary at night. Thank you for letting us stay!!
