The apartment is located in a quiet street, yet the main squares, cafes, restaurants, bars and city amenities are all within a few short metres stroll. About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Truly amazing experience all throughout! First I must commend the hosts for the very warm welcome, I wish all Airbnb hosts were like Matjaz and his partner. Clear instructions, fast communication and a genuine desire to help. They helped us haul our luggage and went out of their way to share a personal portable fire pit (upon request) for an even cozier stay. Just the right balance between being proactive at first and respecting our peace and quiet for the remainder of our trip. Kudos to the hosts! The house itself was spotlessly clean, very charming and tastefully decorated. It’s a building about 100 years old that was renovated by the hosts, and you could feel no detail was overlooked, no expense was spared. Did I mention the house wine? The host’s family pride themselves as winemakers and we have certainly partaken in their product. Much appreciated, thank you! So again, overall highly, highly recommended. I wish all hosts and Airbnbs would match this standard of hospitality.

Bili smo sa djecom dva dana u Varaždinu. Apartman je bio taman, za to kratko vrijeme skroz dovoljan. Sve je bilo čisto, dobro opremljeno tako da smo se ugodno osjećali. Ima i dječje igralište pred kućom. Apartman je u mirnoj četvrti na rubu grada. Do centra grada se može doći pješke za cca 30 min.

Very modern apartment unit with a really good location. Everything looked modern, renovated and clean. Really, but really fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with a washer and dryer that come in handy for a loger stays. The surroundings were nice, walkable to the Varazdin old town, as well as every other place in the city. The host was very resposinve and helpfull. I fully reccomend this place for stays in Varazdin, Croatia

Roman ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und seine Villa Linassi ein ganz besonderer Ort. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und die traumhafte Ruhe sehr genossen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten etwas in der Region zu erkunden und Roman hat super Tipps für die direkte Umgebung. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen!
