100% recommended!!! A little tip: Make sure to take everything that you need with you, because the market is quite far. Now the review: First of all the host was very friendly and responsive. He promptly and kindly answered to all of our questions. The house was as in the pictures. Though the road to the village was a little difficult, but not impossible even for sedan models. And it was worth it. No other houses around, just the amazingly beautiful nature, only the sound of the birds. All of us enjoyed the stay. If I had chance I would stay there for months.

Good apartment on the first floor of the house (with a separate entrance), very close to the city center, a lot of local restaurants in a walking distance. Well furnished kitchen, the entire apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Host was very kind and responsive.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended!

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

This is a wonderful place! I wish I could live here. The swimming pool and gym are open every day (except Thursday for cleaning), and every Tuesday and Friday we can go to the Sauna or Hammam. We loved it so much that our 1-week stay became a 3-week stay! The location is great. The flat itself is very good, it contains everything you need, and it feels good to live in. There is a great view over Yerevan, the parliament and Ararat. I really want to come back here when we return to Yerevan!

Harut and his wife were fantastic hosts. Plenty of room. The outdoor seating area by the grill is great. The sauna followed by a cold plunge in the pool at night was probably our favorite part. I would definitely come back again and stay here in the future. Highly recommended.

Хорошее место, чтобы остановиться на несколько дней. Надо учитывать, что дом находится на холме и достаточно далеко от города. Минут 20 ходьбы в горку. В доме есть кафе и магазин. Ассортимент и там, и там небольшой.

Всё было хорошо. Лёгкое заселение, хозяин на связи. Тапочки, зубные щётки, чистота.

An absolutely magical stay! The cabin is nestled in the forest near the mountains, offering breathtaking views and a deep sense of peace. I especially loved spending time with the friendly dogs—they quickly became my companions and made the experience even more special. The apartment is actually even prettier than on pictures, with every corner aesthetic and comfortable. Besides it has everything you need during a trip , better than in a 5* hotel. The building is secure and can be accessed only by inhabitants. The supermarket is right next to it, which makes it very comfortable. Taxi is very cheap in Armenia, you can get to the center in 10 minutes for just $2-3. The host is incredibly caring and made sure my stay was maximally pleasant and comfortable

Stylish apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the street - yet completely quiet. Great location: 7-10 minute walk to the metro, 15-20 to the city center, good cafe downstairs with fresh pastries and coffee. Apartments are fully equipped for a short stay - AC, washer, microwave, hairdryer, iron. Only small snag: the shower curtain is short, so water splashes onto the bathroom floor during showers. We laid a towel down to catch the drips, but adding a longer curtain or splash guard would keep everything dry. Overall, good value - we loved our stay!
