The villa is located in a secluded area and is about 200 meters from the village It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part, which is dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. There are eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables at your disposal.

Close to beautiful beaches (Jadranovo, Selce, Crikvenica, Dramalj, Kostrena) only 7-12 minutes drive. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the beaches that leave you breathless (Oprna, Zala, Baška, Mošćenička draga). Due to its position, it is interesting for hunters and fishermen.

It is located in the Natura 2000 area, which is adjacent to the Snežnik Regional Park. It is an excellent starting point for exploring the nearby surroundings (Snežnik, Pivka plateau,...) as well as wider (Kvarner, Brkini,...), where you can take our e-bikes, which are included in the price of accommodation (two nights one day free use of bicycles).
