Khet Huai Khwang was such a cozy and spacious place — it truly felt like a home away from home! The house was clean, airy, and super comfortable. We loved how relaxed the space felt, perfect for winding down after a long day out in Bangkok. The location was great too: peaceful, but still close to convenience stores, local food spots, and public transport. Very easy to get around. Everything was well-prepared, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, space, and a local feel in Bangkok. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Bangkok! The location is perfect, as it everything is close by, yet the surrounding area is peaceful and local. The apartment was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. We felt very safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. A big thank you to the lovely hosts, especially Co-Host Alice, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her tips made our experience even better. She also took us on a walking tour around the very close by temple and taught us about her culture and meaning of certain things at the temple. It was also very interactive. Thank you so much again, it was perfect! We truly appreciated the chance to discover such a beautiful and authentic side of Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Sadek’s Japanese-themed home. The attention to detail made it feel like a real Japanese house. Everything was clean, well-designed, and felt like home. Sadek was a fantastic host — very responsive and friendly. We got to meet him, and he even brought us fruit when we arrived late and offered extra water when we ran out. The place is quiet and perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The only downside is the location — it’s about a 15–18 minute walk to the nearest BTS station, and some Grab taxis took time or canceled. But overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back again!

The decoration style is different from the picture, but the unit type is the same.The bedding is a little stained and has hair.The location is good, self check-in is convenient, and luggage can be stored.

5 star place. The host was super responsive and proactive - check-in details were clear. The flat is spotless, comfortable and exactly as described. The condo has super amenities (the pool and gym are on the 12th floor and rarely busy). The restaurant downstairs is decent and can deliver up to the room. There is a 7/11 and great massage place within 5 mins walk. The area is a little far from main points of interest but the value absolutely makes up for it. They are building up a lot in the area and I reckon it will be awesome in 6 months time. I would happily stay there again and recommend it.

Overall a good stay, and extra points for letting us check in early as our flight arrived very early in the morning.

Good, clean accomodation, helpful staff at the building and Chatchatpol was always available for any other queries. The location is central and there are a number of good options for wining and dining in walking distance.

Been coming here for years and will continue to do so if Patchaya's place is available. There is a pleasant surprise every time I visit -- a new amenity or changed decor. The pictures are accurate and the location does not change, which is good. Although the building fronts a busy street, Patchaya's apartment is remarkably quiet and everyone is so nice and friendly -- residents and staff alike. The neighborhood has undergone change in recent years. I do miss some of the old Thai restaurants and shops. My favorite massage parlor and go-to restaurant are still down the street. A 7-11 is a block away. Many, many new restaurants that I haven't tried yet have popped up along the road going to the Huai Khwang MRT station and fresh market area. It is a good 10-15 minute walk although taxis and the local, inexpensive (eight baht each way) "red" bus (pick-up truck) are transportation options. I do love Patchaya's place. Great value for what are getting.

The location was perfect for us. The place is less than ten minutes to CentralWorld mall Rama9 where Jodd Fairs is located. The WiFi worked great and I was able to conduct video conferences. The apartment looks exactly as pictured. Nona also allowed us to drop off our bags early. She was very responsive to messages.

I'm business man from korea. I stayed at Benny's house for 4 days🙂 First of all, I had a very comfortable stay :) location is quiet. There are no buildings in front of the living room. cuz view is so nice🙂 It may feel far to Huai Khwang MRT, but there is a motorbike waiting at the apartment entrance that will take you there in 2 minutes for 20 THB 🙂 It's sooooooo exciting 🤣 The cleanliness and management were also good. Personally, compared to near the station or the center of Bangkok, it is very convenient, quiet, and you can have a fun and relaxing stay🙂💙♥️

Modern building with a unique style. Fast elevators and active security. Great view of the city. Multiple restaurants and a 7/11 less than 50 meters away.

Great place in a quite cul-de-sac within a busy nightlife area. The place is spaces and had everything needed for our stay.

Stella was easily the best Airbnb host I have ever had. She was extremely responsive and quick to help out with any recommendations. Her place was absolutely stunning, exactly as described in the listing. Check in instructions were extremely easy to follow with information she provided. I am so thankful that I was able to stay at her place and highly recommend any guest stay there.

its great location for taking a train to the malls and such but its not walkable to alot of the sight seeing things. you'll need to take a bike, car, or train. I was about 20-30+ minutes away from everything longer when traffic peaks.

Very nice place it was clean and had good instructions on how to check in, was a little far from everything and kind of secluded but that was on are part for not doing are research, everything in the area including bts was a bit of a walk or drive. But is a nice area and a peaceful place.

The apartment is very clean. The bathroom comes equipped with everything you need. It's close to the subway station, making travel within Bangkok quite easy. There is a 7-Eleven and a night market nearby. Parson was an attentive host throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here if and when I come back to Bangkok.

The room was excellent! Views were really hard to beat, room is remodeled really well. One thing I would like to note was the location of the room is not in the best part of town and stepping outside really wasnt the best experience in my personal experience, street vendors smells and traffic were a bit much. There are also plenty of signs in the lobby mentioning that airbnbs are not legal in that building to try and avoid any subleasing. If that is something that would bother you then try another place. We pushed through and had a really great time.
