There is free parking and a large meadow in front of the apartment. The apartment has its own entrance and a mini-fitness room. You will be greeted with a "Welcome basket" with local delicacies upon arrival. Skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer free bicycle rental for our guests. The location offers a great starting point for excursions.

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Large living area with kitchen and living room, a double bedroom, bathroom with large shower, gym and laundry. The garden has several trees, including fruit trees and a vegetable garden, which guests can enjoy.
