Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

Arnold Farmhouse (Italianate - private bath)

Room with an attached bathroom and private entrance. Enjoy the porch, garden, honey bees, the old farm & fields, situated on the Valatie Kill in a quaint hamlet. The AH Bike Trail is just around the corner. If you come by bike, we can safely store the bike in the garage opposite the barn. Larkin Hill, Kinderhook Creek & Hunt Club are close. Schodack Island state park is 15 min. Van Buren house is 15 also. It is a wonderful spot to get some real fresh air.

If you are looking for a secluded place to escape, you've found it. This Private Log Cabin is on 47 Acres with a spectacular view down the valley in the Catskill Mountains. Just outside my home town of Delhi, 18 minutes to Maple Shade Farm (it's a great place to get ready fo a wedding), 25 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village and 42 minutes to Cooperstown's Dreams Park. This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century.
