Monthly Rentals in Hudson Valley

This is a very special place and I’m so happy I finally got to stay here! Laura Ann is so sweet and cool and Tico is a Delight!!! More and more it’s getting rarer and rarer to find places with True Character, places where you feel you’re having a real experience, places that really stay in your mind for the rest of your life, and I’m thankful Laura Ann shares her world with us. The cemetery is also very beautiful and historic and it was a nice bonus to be able to walk around it among all the groundhog guardians. Anyways, I can’t say enough good things and I can’t wait to be back!

A very nice, private, place - where allows you to relax without seeing/interacting with people. Paul is also very helpful and responsive - you can get almost any help from him quickly. The cottage is great with well interior design. It has everything we need to stay in it for a week. Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a escape from daily chores and cities. We will definitely come back and stay longer in this lovely space.

Gethen's cottage is prefectly located near Hudson but also with no more than a 30 min drive of other villages in the western part of Columbia county. Walking the local roads provided us and our dog with lots of interactions with the local goats, pigs, sheep, chickens and sometimes dogs! Stargazing is also my husband's hobby and he loved being able to ramble the roads on clear nights. The kitchen in the cottage was definitely workable and we loved the induction stove. Gethen answere any questions or concerns within a few minutes.
