Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Hiking trails start right outside the door, free parking is available. The village center of the mountain town of Bad Grund with restaurants, shopping facilities and the newly renovated brine indoor swimming pool are a few minutes' walk away. The cave experience center and the world forest are about 2 km away.

Nestled in the picturesque greenery of Sollingen, it sits right at the edge of the forest with a stunning view of the beautiful Bergsee Lake. Here, you can explore a fascinating variety of birds, enjoy magnificent hiking trails, or try out thrilling mountain biking routes. You can also unwind on the sandy beach, taking in the water, the nature, and the peace it offers.
