Our apartment "Happy Life" is on the second floor of a two-family house, which was renovated in 2022. Vacation home on 75 square meters, two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, air conditioning. You will occupy the house alone and can thus relax. We can provide storage facilities for bicycles. There are two steps in the apartment, to the bathroom and to the kitchen.

Durch das Panoramafenster habt Ihr eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und den Luftkurort Bad Grund. Das Appartement verfügt über eine Einbauküche, einen Eßbereich, ein modernes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, sowie einem gemütlichen Massivholzdoppelbett mit Baumwollbettwäsche. Auf dem Balkon sitzt Ihr zwischen Kräutern ( zum selbst ernten) & Blumen auf Teakholzmöbeln.

Sleeping places in the countryside, bakery, homestay

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, a free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

The somewhat unconventional

Step into the apartment "Pferdestall" and you are directly in the kitchen. The almost "outdoor kitchen" has clear advantages, especially in summer. Then there is a small dining area from which you can go into the bathroom and the living/bedroom (with a high-quality bed). Overall, you have quite a lot of space and even a dog will certainly enjoy it. The somewhat unconventional apartment is on the ground floor of a former agricultural building. Other apartments are also rented out.

The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

We offer a lovingly and fully furnished apartment in the historic city wall, with a central location to the half-timbered city center, as well as the direct proximity of the PS. Speicher. Countryside getaways

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The newly renovated and modern furnished apartment on the first floor invites you to linger. The apartment can accommodate up to three people and has a fully equipped kitchen. The back door next to the kitchen leads directly to the outdoor area, where you can linger and also a grill is available. A spacious bed of 1.8 x 2 m, as well as a pull-out couch invite you to stay overnight.

Basement apartment with terrace "Casa Ellen"

We offer a cozy, renovated apartment in Göttingen (Weende). It is 4.9 km or 15 minutes by city bus, car or bike from the city. The clinic is 9 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. It invites you to hike due to its direct proximity to nature. It is the second-to-last row of houses to the field/forest. A hiking trail passes by. The basement apartment is located in a 2-family house and has its own entrance. 1 child up to 12 years is free!

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There is enough space on the 2 floors! Even 2 people feel good and secure on 1 floor with the beautiful living and living room! The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

Quiet room with private bathroom and entrance

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

The newly renovated and modernly furnished studio apartment on the ground floor invites you to linger. The apartment can accommodate 3 people and has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious corner bathtub. Through the terrace door you can get directly into the large garden and the barbecue area.
