Newly renovated cottage of 131 m2, on a small closed gravel road in a quiet cottage area. Large, almost completely enclosed, undisturbed plot with sun all day. Possibility for ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and access to the sun courtyard. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. There's room for everyone, whether you want to do a puzzle or read, play or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located next to their own distribution corridor with sliding doors to the sun courtyard.

Cottage with sea view for 1 or 2 families, as the house has a large separate annex with its own bathroom and toilet. Just a stone's throw from the lovely beach, you will find our newly built cottage, where you can enjoy the sea view while having your morning coffee on the terrace after a dip in the sea. The house is beautifully situated on the beach, Dybesø, Flyndersø and Korshage, where there is plenty of opportunity for beautiful nature experiences. Just a short bike ride away, you will find Rørvig By with cafes and restaurants as well as a cozy harbor.

Valhalla er vores sommerhus i Lynæs. Vi forelskede os i hinanden og huset tilbage i 2020 :) Huset er på 135 kvm fordelt i 2 plan. Huset fra 1959 er udvidet og totalrenoveret i 2023 bl.a. med nyt badeværelse, et større køkken, kæmpe terrasse og altan. Huset ligger højt med udsigt over Roskilde Fjord på en blind villavej kun 300 m fra Lynæs Havn og Lynæs Surfcenter. Huset har tre store dobbeltsenge samt alkove, stort køkken/alrum med brændeovn. Dådyr besøge haven dagligt, naturen er helt tæt på...

Charmerende historisk byhus fra 1800 tallet. Fantastisk beliggende på vandsiden ved Lynæs havn i Hundested. Centralt beliggende midt i bygaden og alligevel naturskønt med kun 200 m til den autentiske havn i Lynæs. Stranden kan ses fra huset, og er kun en kort gåtur ned af vejen. Lynæs havn er et fantastisk badested for helårsbadning, udlejning af surfer udstyr og privat sauna samt skønne restauranter og is salg Huset er nænsomt renoveret og dekoreret med respekt for husets alder og historie.

Summer house 100 m from Kattegat

Fredeligt beliggende på stor naturgrund i 2. række til Kattegat. Kun 100 m fra vandet med adgang via fælles strandtrappe. Hyggeligt helårsisoleret træsommerhus fra 1997 med stort lyst køkken-alrum og to udgange til det fri. Udenfor overdækket træterrasse og fliseterrasse i det fri. Bagerst på grunden legehus til børnene. Der er trådløst internet (fibernet). The name of the house is Kikket referring to the amazing views to the west over the sea and to the east over a large meadow. Terraces on three sides offers plenty outdoor options, while the 140m2 house gives you all the space you need for indoor activities. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
