This is a duplex so there may be guests staying in the other unit. I also live in the home, but guests will not be bothered and everything is securely locked for maximum privacy.

Tracy and Todd were the best hosts! You can tell they really put their heart into creating a wonderful experience for guests. They were more than accommodating and our stay was absolutely perfect. Loved our stay at the Fairfield in Destin! It was about a 4 min walk to Henderson beach state park and about a 10 min drive to Miramar beach. The room was clean and had the amenities needed. Definitely would stay here again.

This place was just what we needed it was very welcoming, relaxing, and in good spot! The relaxation of the water hitting the little shore next to building! Where there was a couple of sitting places very enjoyable! I would recommend Marks place for anyone who wants to just relax and unwind! I give this place a 10 out 10 and Mark was very nice and responsive to our needs!

I’d like to say Alan was absolutely amazing! The main battery in our electric vehicle died while staying at Alan’s and we were 6 hours away from home. He helped us and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. It made a very hectic situation much better! I can’t thank him enough. The location was also great!
