What was describe and shown in the pictures are exactly what you get! She responded fast as well as allowed us to check in early. 10/10

We had a fantastic stay! Very clean and responsive host! There was a couple things that need corrected but Chris is on it! The hand soaps were extremely watered down to where there was barely any soap in it but the container was filled to the top so it felt like you needed to use have the container to wash your hands. I let the host know and he is talking to the cleaners to correct that issue. The other thing was that the toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken so it moved sideways when you sat down. Aside from that our stay was perfect and home was clean!

We had a great time with our kids and grandkids! We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and amenities! Loved that each room had its own bathroom plus an extra half bath! Plenty of room for everyone! The balcony was awesome, very spacious. We have stayed in many condos over the years but the layout and space here was perfect! The pools were nice and warm which was perfect for a couple of the cooler days! The bayside view was awesome!! The beach was wonderful too! Would definitely recommend!!

Went for a girls trip!!! Excellent condo, we be going back to stay!! Lynn was very sweet and fast at responding!! Short walk to the beach!! We all loved it and had a great time!!!🩷

Such a great stay!! Martha's condo is exactly as described, and she was super helpful and responsive. We noticed the fridge wasn't cooling as it should be, and 3 hours later someone had been out and the problem was fixed. We were amazed with how responsive and attentive she was to fix a very small problem. The condo itself was super cute, clean, just as described and the views from the balcony were gorgeous! A quick walk to several different places to eat (all of which were amazing- live music and kareoke through the evening), and easy access to the pool and the beach. The private boardwalk to the beach included showers- a huge plus! The condo had everything you could need, including an entire closet of beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and kids beach toys- you will need nothing!!! our family will definitely be back!

We've stayed in quite a few places along Okaloosa Island in the past. This one is by far the best. Check in was super easy a d Frank was available with answers. Highly recommend. Will book again.

This place was amazing and in the perfect location! It is definitely one of my favorite places I’ve stayed at through Airbnb. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Carol was a phenomenal host- super kind and responsive - she took care of an issue with a charge from AirBnB super fast! The house was amazing- even cool (great ac! Many places we stay are never cool!)). Everything was super clean and looked great which I’m sure can be challenging when pet friendly! Obviously it’s not super close to the beach so be prepared to rent a golf cart or extra bikes if needed. Bc parking is so difficult at the beach, one person would drop everyone off and then go back to the house and ride one of the bikes back to the beach. It was so nice to have two bikes included as well!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Cottage, everything that is posted is accurate to include images. We have been coming to Pensacola Florida for years and usually stayed at the hotels so this was the first experience we had using Airbnb and due to Ella’s hospitality we will continue to use Airbnb when we travel. Ella was very responsive when I had questions. As new empty nesters our 2 dogs are like our children and it was amazing to bring them with us to share this experience. This couldn’t have happened without the opportunity Ella provided us to bring our pets. All in all this was an amazing experience, I would highly recommend the Mermaid Cottage and Ella if you are looking for the opportunity to enjoy Pensacola Beach.

This was our families first time staying in an Airbnb and this Airbnb is going to be hard to top! The place was very family friendly, had everything we needed and the golf cart was AMAZING. It's going to be hard to top this experience!

We had the best Spring Break at Happy Mermaid. Dino was super responsive, and all info was perfect. The proximity to the community pool was great, and our kids could easily go back and forth from the house. The walk to the beach was fairly easy, and the public access had bathrooms, which was great. We easily walked or drove to plenty of shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. The community was lovely and well-kept, and the house backing up to the pond area was so peaceful. The house itself had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We’ve been visiting this area for 40 years, and highly recommend this home and location!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

Our multi-generational family stay at JUST DARLIN' was such a wonderful vacation! The house was clean, the beds comfy, and the rooms spacious. It was so bright, and open, and we all felt right at home. All the little touches were perfect. There were plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen, towels in the bathrooms, and throw blankets to use in the living room. We also really appreciated the night lights in the evening. My daughter loved ''her room" w/the vanity. My parents took the downstairs master and loved stepping into the back patio for their tea and toast each morning. My husband and I enjoyed having the upstairs room to ourselves for quiet naps in the afternoon. We loved going to the pool a few houses up the hill everyday and the Ice Cream Shoppe around the corner was a delight. Julie was responsive and helpful and we can't wait to return! :)

This is a great family place to go peaceful and fun not crazy with teenagers close to action if you want to find it

Easy Vacation Services is an exceptional host. Their communication was above and beyond way before we even got close to our vacation dates. Their instructions and other information provided made check in and check out extremely simple. Island Echo 4P is nice single bedroom condo. It’s on the corner of the building which it makes it even more of quiet space. For being just a 1 bedroom condo, it’s large enough that everything inside is spaced out to where you don’t feel cramped. The unit was very clean when we arrived and all sheets and towels were fresh and extremely clean. The balcony is quite large with plenty of comfortable seating. The only minor inconvenience of the whole place, if you’re a tall person, the bathroom is a little tight.

This was the first time for us all to see the ocean/beach. The place was very clean and comfortable. No issues whatsoever. Everything we needed to use the kitchen except cooking oil. Lots of ocean toys for kids. No chairs or umbrella available. Some beaches offer them or you can rent some. I do wish we had known of the possibility of live music next door at the Elks. That was quite loud at times. Definitely could use some Fishing poles available or crab pots and bait recommendations. That would’ve made the stay even better. Overall I highly recommend this place to stay! This is right in the middle of going either direction for whatever you want to do.

Thank you for sharing your place. The flat's location is fantastic, top floor, corner, balcony view to the water. The place is very comfortable, amnities as described, we did not miss anything. Preferring privacy and solitude, I will probably not return in the summertime, but this November stay was absolutely satisfying.

Very nice place and cozy! The beach access is right across the street and the community was so nice. Andrew was a great host and very responsive!

Matthew was very hospitable and kind.communicated well with me upon arrival and departure. We enjoyed our stay and will return to the home as well as the area. We just went to relax and go fishing and to the beach. Plenty to do in the area also.
