It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. This could be a perfect place for your kids to play. The house is in quiet neighborhood. My place is 15 minutes' drive from DFW airport. Northeast mall is 3.1 mile away, ATNT stadium is 7 miles away and Fort Worth stockyard is 15 minutes' drive from my place. Dallas downtown is 25 minutes' drive from my home if you want to visit JFK museum.
