Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

Breinig is a district of the copper city of Stolberg. The location is ideal if you want to live in a familiar and quiet place at the same time. The 60 sqm apartment is located in the basement of our house - but is very bright and welcoming due to the large windows. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small courtyard, which of course can be used. To enjoy the evening sun, a garden table and 4 chairs are available. Children are welcome.

Kornelius II - a specious apartment with balcony

Welcome to our cosy apartment on the 1st floor. You will have a nice view to open fields from the specious balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sundown. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

The bedroom has a cozy box-spring double bed overlooking the Rahmenberg with Haller. A spacious wardrobe and a historic desk complete the decor. The adjoining spacious daylight bathroom impresses with a spacious shower and toilet.

The apartment has an area of about 120 sqm and is furnished to a high standard. Last renovation in 2018. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. On request, a crib and a highchair can be provided. The terrace at the back belongs to the apartment. There is a covered seating area as well as a ping-pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children can also play in the garden.

Our cozy, lovingly decorated vacation apartment is part of our main house, which was completed in 2023. It has its own private entrance, a spacious patio with garden area, and a dedicated parking space. Upon request, bikes and similar items can be stored safely in a lockable garage right next to the parking spot.
