Enjoy a relaxing stay in this modern apartment located in a peaceful, green neighborhood just 25 minutes from central Copenhagen. The apartment has a balcony with views over the park, a bright bedroom, dining arena and a big bathroom. If you're more than two guests or wish to use the sofa bed, this can be arranged for an additional charge. You also have access to a shared terrace. The metro at Copenhagen Syd Station is just a short walk away, offering direct connections to the city center.

Hyggeligt gæstehus ved stranden og parken

Hyggeligt og roligt gæstehus, første række til Kystagerparken og 100 meter til badestrand og havn. Gåafstand (1 km) til S-tog der tager jer til Københavns centrum på 10 minutter. Man kan også let cykle til byen via parken. Huset ligger selvstændigt på grunden (vi bor i et andet hus), og fra den lille solrige terrasse er der direkte udgang til naturen. Huset indeholder et lille køkkenafsnit, et simpelt badeværelse og stue/soverummet (m. god sovesofa m. topmadras, 160 cm. i bredden) samt køkken.

Hyggeligt byhus / rækkehus nær centrum

Charmerende privat byhus/ rækkehus i 4 etager på 200 m2 med en lille hyggelig baghave, hvor eftermiddags -og aftensol kan nydes. Huset er ideelt for både par og en lille familie. Det er en unik og funktionel bolig. God beliggenhed 5 km fra Centrum, kun 12 minutter med offentlig transport / S tog er 800 meter fra huset. Vores hus i Valby er ikke blot et sted at overnatte, men også et hjemligt udgangspunkt for at udforske København, omgivet af natur og med nem adgang til byens faciliteter.

Cozy and spacious family friendly apartment

This family paradise is located at the new Grønttorvet in Valby. A 10 min walk to København Syd station where you will find both metro and the train to take you to central in 13 min. Even closer, 5 min walk, is a bus that takes you further into Copenhagen. 17 min by car to central. 20 min bike ride to central. Grønttorvet is filled with numerous playgrounds, a big park, and bakery, Italian restaurant, coffee house, wine bar/shop, a salon and grocery shops right outside your doorstep.

Welcome to our cozy half-house in Valby, just a short distance from Copenhagen's heart. Perfect for families or groups. Enjoy easy access to attractions with Danshøj train station 150 m away and free parking outside. Explore trendy Vesterbro 3 km away and Carlsbergbyen within walking distance. The apartment offers two double beds and two large mattresses. It also includes a private garden. Our cosy and fluffy cat Findus has access to the home (let us know if that’s a problem)

Familievenlig villa tæt på strand og København

I vores villalejlighed får du ro, plads, adgang til have, en børnevenlig strand og park - samtidig med, at du hurtigt kan komme ind til centrum af København. Lejligheden rummer tre værelser, en stor stue, badeværelse, køkken-alrum, en stor terrasse og adgang til en frodig have med gynger, grill og trampolin. Lejligheden er børnevenlig, og der er gratis parkering. Det tager 20 minutter at cykle til Vesterbro og centrum af København - og turen tager 8 minutter i tog.

Hyggeligt anneks til to: The Garden Library

Nyd det enkle og romantiske liv i vores hyggelige anneks, The Garden Library. Det ligger i et fredeligt kvarter i Valby, København. Tæt på offentlig transport og ti minutter fra Københavns centrum. Annekset er netop istandsat. Det er opvarmet, hyggeligt og fyldt med bøger og plader, som I er meget velkomne til at bruge. I har en lille terrasse foran huset, og kan lave te og kaffe. I er velkomne til at bruge vores have. Toilet og bad er inde i vores hus.

The Ocean House: Beaches and parks

Our Ocean House sits at the door step of a park connected to a beach. You'll also find a second beach at Valby Parken (15 min walk). The bike route to Inner Copenhagen is incredible - along the water all the way. There's a train station (8 min walk) straight to Inner Copenhagen. The mornings are magical with a sunrise over the park and the water.
