It's the ground floor of a 2-storey house , designed by a well-known Ikarian architect . Faros has a sandy beach with crystal clear water. There is a mini market , a few tavernas and beach bars. The view of the Eastern Aegean and Fourni islands is breathtaking !

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Our little house of 55 sq.m. is waiting to accommodate you by providing you with all the comforts of a modern home. It is suitable for families up to two kids. 340 meters away there are beaches, restaurants and beach bars. Fortunately, the mini market of the village started working again.

It is close to taverns, a bakery, a bar, a mini market, with comfortable parking on the street and is just 5 km from the port of Evdilos. The house is spacious and has a large living room with a sofa that becomes a bed, a large bedroom, as well as an attic with double beds. The house also has a spacious courtyard and balcony overlooking the Icarian Sea for wonderful sunsets. Ideal for families and groups.

Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.
