Under the house there is a beach where you can reach by a path with stairs in two minutes. At the back of the house there is a garden with stairs and levels with resting areas. Access to the house is from the road through a path with stairs in 1 minute. Public Parking 80m from the house. Unsuitable for people with disabilities.

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house
