Holiday rentals with a fireplace in İçmeler

We spent a beautiful 2 days in a wonderful place with the sincere interest of Mr. Alper. Dinner was quite delicious and appetizers were plenty, we would definitely consider staying🙂 again and recommend it.

We absolutely loved this house! The location is stunning, with a perfect private beach and breathtaking natural surroundings. Everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this house!

The house is sufficient in every way and was convenient to go anywhere in terms of location. The house was very clean and had 2 gardens. Also, there were 3 air conditioners in the house. The rooms and the house were quite spacious and the kitchen supplies were enough. It can be preferred for those who want to have a peaceful holiday.

Having direct access to the beach was lovely for sunbathing and swimming. The accommodation is well set up and furnished well. Very clean with everything you would need to cook proper meals in the kitchen should you wish. In terms of the location, we visited at the end of April prior to the 'season' starting. Many of the restaurants/bars that front the beach were still setting up, however two restaurants were open both serving very good food, fresh seafood etc. with very friendly staff. Eser the host went above and beyond to suggest alternatives a short taxi ride away should we desire. Overall a very positive experience.

A delightful and beautifully planned house. The view is magnificent. You have the same magnificent view from the poolside in the garden, from the bedrooms on the ground floor, and from the living room and terrace upstairs. The house was very clean and the furniture was well-maintained. The hostess Ms. Damla and her assistant Mr. Günay were both very interested. We had no problems during our stay. It was a very pleasant stay.

Stayed here for one night as a group of four females looking for a relaxing private getaway. This booking was exactly that. Home was identical to the photos provided in the advertisement. When we arrived, we were greeted by the hosts who live opposite the house, very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. As a group of young females, we felt safe and just at home, we will definitely be returning, and we could not recommend this home enough.

I'd love to share more stars! We were really very satisfied 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Uğur was very friendly, courteous and polite. He was always reachable. The ladies of the house were also very helpful and provided us with everything we needed. The rooms are exactly as pictured, everything you need is available:) The pool was very nice and above all clean, it was cleaned several times. It was a 5-minute walk to the beach, as was downtown ( market, restaurants, etc.). Top location, central - yet very quiet and private. We recommend the place and Uğur 👍🏼 thanks for everything!

the location is very good, 5-6 minutes to the beach, 10-15 minutes to the marina and the bar street. The house was very clean and tidy. Although we arrived early, Mr. Uğur provided us with flexible check-in. We thank him.

We were incredibly pleased with this apartment where we stayed during our holiday in Marmaris. They were really meticulous about cleanliness and hygiene, everything was sparkling. The location was also great; it is very close to both the center and the sea, but also a quiet and peaceful environment. We felt like we were at home. Thank you so much for your hospitality and friendly approach. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind, the place we will choose again on our next holiday is clear!

Good and lovely place

Very spacious villa and a clean & large pool. The host was really attentive to our needs and provided us with satellite TV and WiFi modem on demand. Location wise, it is a bit uphill and 10 min walk away from the beach.

It was very close to the center, the location was very good, and although the check-in was planned for the afternoon, we had the chance to check in early in the morning. I would like to thank Mr. Uğur for hosting us.

Great house up in the mountains above Içmeler. The road driving up the mountain is very twisty and the road in the neighborhood is rough but the house was high quality and very comfortable to stay in.

A wonderful house. The garden and poolside are very enjoyable. A perfect choice for a large group of friends in a peaceful environment. The host Nur is very polite and very helpful. We also thank her for the breakfast treats. The architecture of the house is also magnificent.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The seating area outside was very comfortable and had beautiful views. We would highly recommend it!

Murat & Elif`s Villa is fantastic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, privacy and a view to die for, this is the place. Everything is top quality. The building, the indoor and outdoor furniture and the design of the outdoor space. You have a beautiful pool and surrounding area plus an upper terrace area with two separate seating areas and a barbeque. On top of that there is another area at the side of the villa that houses a table tennis table, a football game table and a hammock. All this and the fabulous view, what is not to love. At the bottom of the hill by the water edge there is a selection of very good restaurants. The villa`s owners run one of them, the Nautilus, where both the food and service are quite excellent. The house had everything we might need. I think transportation without a car is impossible, Marmaris is far from the center. You can reach the bays in the Söğüt neighborhood by car in 5 minutes. You will also need a car for the market and other needs. The house, garden and pool are spotless. It was the best house I've ever stayed in through Airbnb:) We thank Ms. Buse, who also helped with activities, bays to visit, boats, etc. :)

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

This place is really excellent. The villa is beautiful with a view of the sea and the private pool is very enjoyable. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Our host, Arda was very helpful. The location is great, walking distance to beach, great restaurants and very relaxing.

Amazing villa! Will definitely stay again! Marina , Melissa and captain Markus was extremely helpful! Really enjoyed my stay. The villa is only 10min away from the beach front, within the villa there’s so much to do. I loved it. Definitely recommend others! Thank you.
