Holiday rentals with a patio in İçmeler

The location of the house was very good, it was within walking distance to everywhere in Marmaris. Mr. Gökhan responded quickly to the questions and allowed us to check in early. The furniture in the house was a bit old, but it was in usable condition. Only the laundry wire needs to be changed. It's a good place in terms of price/performance. You can stay safely.

Mert and his aunt who helped us during our stay were very friendly and responsive hosts. The place was fully equipped and some missing items provided immediately. The supermarket is very close within a 5 minute walk. And beach is also very close but you should definetely visit other beaches around Marmaris and Datça as well.

I wasn’t my self this time I visited but Ali and his family was very understanding and made me feel right at home , apartments are clean family is nice and lots to do nearby

First of all, we are very satisfied with Mr. Can's friendly and sincere behavior. The location of the house was very good ambiance and cleanliness. The pool and greenery in the garden make for a very pleasant experience. The kitchen has all the necessary supplies. When I come back to Selimiye, this will definitely be the place to stay.

The flat has a stunning view from the large open plan living/ dining/ kitchen which also got lovely and warm in the sun. We did have to wait outside to check in as we did know the exact unit number. The internet did not work at all during our stay but Murat kindly paid for our data costs and was keen to find solutions. The shower head needed changing but this was readily resolved. The apartment was a 10-15 minute walk away from Turunc town centre which is on the beach with lovely restaurants and bars. We would love to stay again due to the great view, and Murat was a considerate and proactive host.

First of all, I would like to thank Özge and Müge. They were very interested from the beginning of the process. As for the house, we stayed as 5 friends and we loved it. The 😍 house was clean, the sheets smelled nice, so we were very comfortable. The view from the terrace, the sunset was magnificent 👌🏼 Since Söğüt is a small place, we walked to the beach and got down in 1 minute. We both used the beaches and took night walks. It is very comfortable to visit because it is small. If I were to stay in Söğüt again, I would definitely prefer this place again ☺️

Very nice host and the place to stay in Marmaris! Amazing location 15-20 mins to the centre of Marmaris, nice walk by the beach! Cozy apartment, and terrace as well! Very much recommended!!

Mr. Gürel is a great host. I would like to thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness. He was incredibly helpful to us and also recommended a great boat. The house is much more beautiful, stylish and clean than it appears in the photos. The view from the house is really great. It is a very tastefully furnished and very useful house. Idyllic, pure nature and everything you need! The sea, the center of Marmaris (a stone's throw) and the entire Marmaris area can be explored or reached by car between 60-90 minutes. Even at a temperature of 40 degrees, this village and the apartment are surprisingly fresh and pleasant. We didn't use the air conditioning one day. For the city of Datca (approx. 2 hours/easy) you should plan a whole day or 2 days. Everything is great ;)

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront Airbnb! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfectly located with easy access to all the fun spots in Marmaris. The view was stunning, and the peaceful vibe made it hard to leave. Our host, Ismail, was amazing — so kind, helpful, and super responsive to all our questions. He truly went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He also guided us throughout our stay, making the whole experience even better than we imagined. You truly can’t find better than this in all of Marmaris. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

Situated in the old town of Marmaris this property is stunning the views over the marina are outstanding The property itself is very cosy well decorated and maintained to a high standard everything that you need for your stay is there three maybe four terraces available all with stunning views , easy access to the marina within 5mins walk , 5 mins walk to everywhere perfect location thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Gokhan was a lovely host. He was very helpful and easily contactable. very friendly 🙂 The property was a good location for us personally as in the middle for the beach and armutualan. the home was lovely and clean and exactly like the photos. would stay here again. thank you for a lovely stay Gokhan x
