Restaurants, mini market, clinic, pharmacy, bus station, kiosks will be less than 1 minute by foot from your home.

Take a 15 minute stroll through the olive groves and arrive at Tholos beach for a dip in the crisp waters of the mediterranean sea. The surrounding area is rich in ancient history, with many gorgeous beaches, gorges, and archeological sites to visit.

A few minutes drive and you are outside the town where you find a variety of pristine beaches. Perfect for couples, families, or working nomads, our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

The apartment is part of an apartment building and its located on the second floor. The town's main square is just 100 meters walking distance from the apartment building. It's ideal for 1 or 2 persons who enjoy the peace and quiet and want to explore the southernmost town of Greece.

Our ground floor studio is located in a quiet area, 2 minutes from the center of Ierapetra. Next door there are supermarkets, a bakery, patisseries, etc. A short distance away there are cafes and bars, the beautiful beaches of the city, as well as the pier with the boats that will take you to the beautiful island of Chrysi. In the courtyard of the house you will enjoy your breakfast and in the late afternoon your wine.
