It's the best choice to relax, spent time with your family/relationship, work/study and enjoy the sun. You will have the opportunity to explore the whole east Crete because of it's special location. Calm and quiet neighborhood into the nature! Ideal for holidays. Just 200 meters for "Long beach" (one of the cleanest in the world / house view), and less than 9km from Ierapetra. Restaurants, mini market, clinic, pharmacy, bus station, kiosks will be less than 1 minute by foot from your home.

Blue and Sea vol2

Blue and sea vol2 is an ideal holiday home. The house is literally on the sea. It's comfortable and bright, with rest areas. On its large veranda-balcony you can enjoy the view and relax. It is close to Koutsouras, Makrygialos where there are Super Markets and restaurants, coffee shops etc. Near to home there are the organized beaches of Achlia, Galini, Agia Fotia. Nearby villages for exploring the mountains Oreino, the Shinokapsala, and the famous Dasaki of Koytsoyra with a local taverna.

At the most south place of Europe, with very mild winter. It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.

Each floor of the complex has 3 apartments, 2 of them are suited to host up to 2 people, and 1 is suited to host a family or a group of friends up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is an elevator for all floors of the complex. There are lockboxes located in the main entrance with numbers that show your apartment door number.

Sea front apartment(Votsalo White)

If you are looking for your vacation sun and sea, then Votsalo White apartment is the ideal destination for you. The apartmentis by the sea, one kilometer outside the town of Ierapetra. The area has many amazing beaches and beautiful surrounding mountains. It is worth visiting us even in winter time. Ierapetra is the southernmost town in Europe, with mild winters and plenty sunshine. The apartments are suitable for couples and families with children.

Traditional Windmill-Milos

"Milos" is a traditional windmill that dates back to about 1900 and is located at the highest point of the traditional village of Kroustas in an area of 1400 sqm. The panoramic view is ideal for moments of absolute tranquility and relaxation. It is surrounded by a manicured garden with Cretan herbs, a stone seating area and BBQ. It is located 13 km from the city and the blue beaches of Agios Nikolaos. At about 500 m from the "milos" .

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

Lovely 2-bedroom rental unit with free parking

The flat is suitable both for single travellers, couples and families. It was built and furbished in 2021, with all new equipment installed. It is centrally located in the city of Ierapetra, the moust southern city in Europe, with walking distance to beaches, shops, tavernas, cafés and car rental offices. Every Saturday there is a popular farmer's market at the end of the road.

Maria's beach-house

Almost private beach, with great view to the sea. In south Crete, near the village Myrtos and west of the town of Ierapetra. With pine trees around, citrus and olive orchards, it is ideal for a quiet stay-family travel. It is a summer house for my family- my parents live permanently at the ground floor.
