Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

In a beautiful nature reserve and within walking distance of swimming lakes Gasselterveld/'t Nije Hemelriek, our recently modernized vacation home is located in a quiet bungalow park and offers a lot of privacy with sunny and shady spots. To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung!

The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Das lila Gästehaus steht in einem weitläufigen Garten mit alten Bäumen nah am Bauernhof und bietet Platz für Zweisamkeit, aber auch vier Erwachsene oder eine Familie. Überall in dem Garten und auf dem Hof finden sich schattige Plätze für die Großen zum Verweilen und verwucherte Geheimecken und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Ein Schwenkgrill mit Feuerschale lädt zu abendlichen Lagerfeuern auf der gemeinschaftlichen Grillterasse ein.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

The bookable

The Buchbar is bookable and is an original Mongolian yurt that stands in a 2000-square-meter natural garden. It immediately takes the guest to another distant world and lets him sleep, as in a palace from 1001 and a night. In the book bar there are approx. 200 picture books for the little guests and a substantial book box for adults to browse, view and read and to borrow.
