Ms. Semiha and her family were very helpful. The house is close to the center of Alaçatı in a place with no parking problems very close to the markets. The pool is clean and comfortable because it is in a location that is not more visible than the surroundings. It's a very nice option for vacation with the family. Highly recommend. Our stay was very nice. Mr. Emre had already called us and given us information about the house. There was nothing different in the house and facilities in the images, everything was as described, everything was very nice, but there were a few flies that bothered us, everything else was very positive. I look forward to the day we will go again.

We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

Host and employees were very interested. Especially Mustafa Bey took care of us closely during the holiday and helped us a lot for all our needs. The house was very comfortable and peaceful. Also, our neighbors in the apartments next door were very friendly, so we had a very enjoyable holiday. Now, when I go on holiday in Alaçatı, the first place I will look for accommodation will be Olea. :)

During our stay, we felt like we were at home... they were very caring. The house was clean in general, the beds were carefully prepared. The pool was clean. We had everything we needed at home. The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

This jewel is right on the beach called Limnos, only a few minutes drive from Limnia, Volissos and Agia Markella. We have spent many hours on the two balconies staring at the sea or the stars. Our hosts had also supplied a parasol and sun loungers for us to enjoy the beach while swimming. Because it was low season, it felt as if we’ve had the whole Limnos area and beach to ourselves; what a luxury! Though there was no horeca within walking distance open yet, we didn’t have to drive far to enjoy scrumptious food and drinks. The traditional bakery “Klossa” in Volissos has been a highlight and already a fond memory. Our hosts received us with big warm smiles and an overflowing bowl of seasonal fruit. They have been friendly, discreet, helpful, flexible and very generous in every way.

We had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful house for two days. Cleanliness is usually the top priority for us. It was very clean and we were very satisfied like our own home. We went with our 2 children and had a great time. Of course, we were so satisfied. We loved Mr. Recep and his wife Ms. Cansu, sincerely,🙂 friendly and nice people. We plan to go again in the summer.

Although we stayed for a short time, it was a house where we had a pleasant time. Its central location made it very convenient for us. It will be a house that we will easily prefer in our next visits due to the fact that there is nothing missing in the house and the interest of your host =)

The location is 800 meters from the sea, there are markets on the beach and a bakery, etc. 3 km away, a quiet and peaceful house, I recommend it to everyone

Our stay at Virginia's Maisonette in Monolia was one of the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. The apartment is private and peaceful, with a stunning sea view from the terrace and a relaxing atmosphere on the ground floor. It’s filled with natural light, spacious, and even has a private beautiful beach right below, making it the perfect spot for our vacation in Chios. The maisonette was exactly as described—modern, with all new furnishings, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Virginia, our host, was incredibly responsive, kind, and hard-working, providing all the information we needed ahead of time. She even left us treats on our arrival and a thoughtful gift when we left. If I return to Chios, I wouldn’t think twice to choose Virginia's amazing maisonettes again—it’s the perfect escape to enjoy the beauty of Chios. Just an advice, keep in mind that to make the most of your time, you should rent a car. Thank you, Virginia, for your hospitality! We appreciated every detail!

Great location of the house. Alaçatı center is 10 minutes by car. There are many grocery stores etc. around. Ms. Aysun is very interested.

Super photogenic, traditional style house. Very clean and well equipped. It’s about 5km outside the main town so you will need a car if you want to explore the island. Recommend CRC Car Rental Chios. The setting is breathtaking, beautiful courtyard and views of the water. Chios is just a magical place in the world and this little gem is all part of that magic

The house overlooks a beautiful garden with sheep and hens. The sweet smell of orange blossoms and the sound of the birds singing helps you to relax instantly. The house is lovely with an excellent outside area to read a book or listen to the singing from the nearby churches. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts are fantastic and very accommodating. This is a magnificent place with its spacious balcony with a wonderful sea and nature view, its simple and elegant decoration, and its details that have been thought of for all kinds of needs. The pleasure of watching the magnificent sunrise from the balcony of your house is priceless. It was very valuable that the host Ms. Dilek gave us warnings, video directions and warm welcome for what we needed to have with us before we left. Apart from this, you only need to bring your personal belongings and food/beverage materials. There is also a mini library consisting of personal development, skill books, stories belonging to these lands, and novels, as well as all kinds of tools. The house is very clean and tidy. In addition to all these beauties, a delicious wine tasting of their own production is waiting for you in the refrigerator, and their own cold-pressed olive oil is on the counter as a treat. As a result, Mimas house is in a very good location and you can feel at home. We thank you very much for the comfort you have provided.

I wouldn’t be exaggerating if I said this was the most hospitable and helpful host I’ve ever met. He welcomed us wonderfully and made everything so easy for us by allowing both early check-in and late check-out. The house is perfectly decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. It’s a true Greek home, located in a peaceful and charming neighborhood where you’ll actually want to spend time just relaxing. We absolutely loved it. The location is very central – everything is within walking distance. There’s also free parking available very close by. If we ever come back to the island, we’d love to stay here again.
