La Chaumière in Kergonan is one of the oldest and most authentic thatched cottages on the island. Its charm comes from the natural elements of the thatch (of course!), the stones and wood. As owners, we love it because it offers a great deal of comfort, conviviality and privacy. With the sea just a few meters away, and an extensive garden, La Chaumière in Kergonan is ideally located to spend some quality time relaxing with family and friends. The Little Wooden House

The small house and its 400 m² south-facing garden is located in the heart of the island where everything is within walking distance (beaches/port/shops). Designed as a cabin (with all the comforts of a home!) it is made entirely of wood with beds nestled like in a boat cabin! It is a haven of peace, quiet and rest in direct contact with the outside where there is a swing and trampoline for children, fireplace, wooden terrace and a shed for storage.

Cette jolie maison entièrement rénovée en 2023 est parfaitement située sur l'île aux moines, et offre un accès facile à tous les sites et commodités. Idéale pour 4 personnes, dans le bourg, à 5 mn à pied de la plage de port Miquel. Une petite cour entourée de murs en pierres vous garantit de bons repas détente en plein air, à l'abris des regards. Frais de ménage et linge en sus (voir ci-dessous dans « Autres informations à noter »)

Family home in the village.

This family home for five generations with two bedrooms is located in the heart of the village and close to beaches, shops and local entertainment. This old vacation home includes a small garden. On the ground floor you will enjoy a living room area with TV, a dining area and a small fully equipped kitchen, both separated by a counter. The two bedrooms can accommodate two to three people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Come and enjoy the magnificent sunsets facing the sea every evening in this charming Breton house, close to the village, beaches, the pier and all the activities of Île aux Moines. The house has 3 stars which ensures you a high level of comfort and the presence of numerous facilities. Cleaning and linen fees are not included in the nightly rate (see "other information" below).

You will only have a few minutes' walk to go for a swim in the sea and enjoy yourself in the nearby creperies and restaurants. Not to mention the coastal trail (full tour 24 km) on which you will enjoy the beauty of this pearl of the Gulf.
