Holiday rentals with beach access in Île-aux-Moines

Very nice apartment, very comfortable, beautiful view of the port, matches the photos. Small downside, access by steep and narrow stairs. check-in instructions not given by Airbnb or late, therefore difficult to find the garage. Thanks to Virginie for being responsive.

The view is exceptional on the sea and the interior in boat style make you really feel like you're on it😊. Super clean and well maintained, easy contact. In short, nothing to complain about, I would recommend it in a second.

Second stay in this apartment so nice at the gates of the beach. So appreciable, in addition to this dream location, to have everything you need for everyday life available. I would highly recommend it!

Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

We had a great weekend in this very pleasant apartment, directly on the beach. It carries very well its name "feet in the water", the sea view is exceptional and once in the apartment you feel like you are on a boat. From the apartment, activity on the sea is important and we witness the races of oars, sailboats, triathlon training...Everything is done on foot (shops, market, restaurants, walks along the sea to the beautiful village of Lomener). Laurence's house is ideally located. The terrace is a real joy when the sun is obviously there (but Laurence can't help it). We had a great weekend and will return with great pleasure. Laurence was very responsive to our requests beforehand, she is a host you can count on.

Quiet and peaceful surroundings yet close to sophistication of Vannes. Walking trails from the doorstep along an unspoilt coastline . This cottage is perfect for an escape. Clean and compact. Séné close by has supermarket and welcome bar!

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Jacqueline's. Once again, we were very well received and we were able to exchange, in a very interesting way, on the particular life of the islanders: pleasures and constraints. The rental is as described. We would definitely recommend this place. We will not hesitate to choose this rental if we have to return to Ile d'Arz. Thanks Jacqueline

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

We had a great weekend at Sophie's. The house matches the descriptions and there is everything you need. The garden is very pleasant with direct access to the GR, and the view is incredible. We would recommend this listing.

Very well located accommodation at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and on the edge of the pretty beach of Kerfontaine.... Very well located accommodation in Carnac, and in all respects in line with what is advertised. Samuel is very responsive, and full of good advice. I came for work so I didn't enjoy the seaside much, but already knowing Carnac and its surroundings well, I was able to appreciate the relevance of his advice. Thank you for the little touches!
