Small house full of charm (cocooning atmosphere) in the heart of the village of St-Armel, fully equipped (Wi-Fi - dishwasher - oven - microwave - connected TV - barbecue) 2 steps from the Gulf of Morbihan The coastal trails, at the end of the street, lead to the GR34, the salt marshes, Tascon Island, the small port of the St-Armel passage. You will have an equipped kitchen, sitting area, mezzanine sleeping area and large wooden terrace. The entrance is on the street side by an interior staircase.

Venez découvrir ce superbe appartement de 40m2 rénové à Vannes. Idéalement situé entre le centre ville (15min à pied) et les accès principaux (gare 15 min à pied, voie express). Au deuxième et dernier étage d’une petite résidence vous trouverez un séjour baigné de soleil entièrement équipé et aménagé, une chambre en duplex avec coin bureau et rangement,une salle de bains rénovée, un wc séparé, un balcon exposé sud - sud ouest pour profiter un maximum du soleil, et d’une place de parking.

Animal de compagnie : 30€ Ménage optionnel : 40€.

Studio at the foot of the ramparts and the port. Ideal base for discovering Vannes, its intramural area and the Gulf of Morbihan. You will have everything nearby: the city center and its market (Wednesday and Saturday), restaurants, shops, bars... all while being in the quiet of a small condominium with character and exposed beams. The 18 m2 studio is fully equipped and newly renovated. The single sofa bench turns into a double bed. WiFi No smoking allowed

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

The Lost Cachette, Hammam, Spa, Bikes*

The Perdue hideout, 300 meters from the beach, the port, this atypical small T1 bis, benefits from the essentials to relax as a couple. Mini hammam in shower, 2x seater bathtub (which is replacing the Nordic bath in photo 1) , 5.1 home cinema in the bedroom. *For a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bikes at no extra charge. They're on loan for free. ⚠️ accommodation not recommended for people over 60 years of age and infants.
