We had a great time! The accommodation is ideally located, a few minutes' walk from shops and restaurants. It is extremely pleasant to live in, perfectly furnished and decorated with great taste. Downtown location 10min walk from the beach. Wonderful and tastefully decorated apartment. It feels like home. I picked up the keys by the property management agency and they were very flexible. I would recommend this place with great pleasure.

Family stay for 6 for the extended weekend of Ascension. We loved our stay at Mathieu's house. The house is super clean, the decor recent and neat. We found all the comforts we needed. The bedding is of good quality. The garden is charming and we enjoyed it with the beautiful sun that was there. The location is great too because the house is quiet in a small cul-de-sac but a few minutes' walk (less than 10 minutes) from the port and its restaurants and bars, the landing stage and bike rentals in Port Joinville. In short, a wonderful stay. Thank you to Mathieu and Lindsey who is charming.

Spacious house recently renovated with taste and quality materials. It is really very well located in the heart of the island. Alain is responsive and communication with him is very easy. We would highly recommend it.

Great vacation in a great place to stay!! The house is beautiful, functional, very well equipped and very well located! We can't do better in terms of location, everything is within walking distance!! The house is well suited with young children, games available, amenities... We'll be back with pleasure!!

Mixed points... Cleaning of the accommodation being the responsibility of the tenants, it was not nickel, there was dust under the beds in some bedrooms and the trash can in the upstairs bathroom had not been emptied. But it can happen to forget about it. The location near the road makes you feel at night when trucks pass, but otherwise, it's quiet, everyone slept very well. We were surprised, when we arrived by the location of the dishwasher, which is in the "summer space", but that's fine, so we are not bothered by the noise when it is in operation. Positive points... Floor, everything refurbished with a very spacious and very pleasant bathroom. The large bedroom on the ground floor with the ensuite bathroom is also very nice. Gigantic table in the living room... We held to 14 around being two at each end. TOP!!! Benoît is extremely responsive, responding to messages during the day. THANK YOU.

If you want a peaceful stay in Les Sables but close to everything, with a breathtaking view without the disturbances usually accompanying them (noises) in a small nest nicely decorated and incredibly relaxing nights thanks to the great comfort of the bedding, then it's "the place to be"! 10 min from all the most rated restaurants and the Grand-Plage by the "smugglers" (€1.10 per trip), 10 min walk from the supermarket or bicycle rental company, and installed on the marina, at the foot of the first restaurants , I highly recommend this rental. I'll come back as soon as I can! 5 stars, that's for sure! 🔝 Thank You 🙏🏻😊

Accommodation as described, Mariereine was responsive and very kind (I was almost 1 hour late).

Accommodation 5 min walk to the beach, 3/4 km from the city so quiet. Top location and ideal accommodation for 3/4 people.

Google Maps did not clearly indicate the location of the listing but the caretaker easily guided us to the right place. We were there in May so we had no worries about parking, but I think it can be more complicated in summer. The place is great and the ocean view is amazing, the beach can be reached in two minutes and it's a real pleasure to be able to get there so quickly. There is also a nice little bar on the beach. There is a supermarket within walking distance and otherwise by car we are less than a quarter of an hour from all kinds of shops. The stay was great, I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. We loved the location close to the beach and golf course. The apartment was as described - very functional and quiet. The interactions with David and Hélène were easy and very friendly.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Pretty clean, well equipped, bur the furniture and equipment was a little old. In winter it was quite and comfortable. Close to the ocean, birds were singing a lot❤️

Everything was really nice and we had a very nice stay.
