Underfloor heating is part of the apartment as well as TV, leather couch, but also its own kitchen with dining table. Parking spaces are available and free of charge next to the apartment

Im geräumigen Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer (1-Raum) mit 28 m2 ist ein Kingsize Bett 2m x 2m und ein großes Schlafsofa für noch 2 Personen vorhanden. Der Bahnhof und die Einkaufsmeile sind gut in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, LEGOland (mit Auto) nur 25-30 Minuten.

The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.
