Your home near Munich

Whether an appointment at the Munich Fair (40 minutes by car, 55 by train), a visit to the Oktoberfest or cycling in the Hopfenland Hallertau: Our bright, spacious and well-equipped apartment is ready for everything. The free city bus takes you to the train station in five minutes. From there, you can reach Munich in 23-35 minutes and Ingolstadt in 20 minutes every half hour during the day. The airport is a 35-minute drive away, and picturesque Regensburg is 45 minutes away.

Being close to the project, staying flexible in time and locally or simply enjoying the vacation. We offer a beautiful duplex apartment. The minimum stay is 2 nights up to a maximum of 1 year. The apartment is fully equipped incl. Kitchen, WiFi, washing machine etc. We are about a 5 minute drive from the A9, between Ingolstadt and Munich and a 5 minute walk from the train station, to Munich main station the train journey takes 30 minutes. The train can't be heard from us.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Despite direct train connections to Munich (30 minutes' drive), the train station is 800 meters away, 25 minutes' drive, by car to Munich Airport, you can sit back and relax here. The small town has everything you need from the 18-hole golf course (behind the garden fence) to shopping, great walking and cycling paths and in the immediate vicinity a varied range of gastronomy and entertainment.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Forget your worries – very quietly located apartment for 2 people. Own entrance, own terrace and garden use. In 3 minutes, the free city bus to the city center and train station can be reached. Get out into nature. In just a 6-minute walk you are in the nearest forest for long walks and mountain bike tours. By train 35 minutes to Munich or Ingolstadt. By car, it is about 45 minutes. Munich Airport is also 40 minutes away by car.
