Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ilsan

I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs during my trip, but this one was by far the best! The location was incredibly convenient—right in a building connected to Seoul Station, with everything I needed at my fingertips: a convenience store, Olive Young, and coffee shops. The apartment itself was a perfect, cozy one-bedroom with amazing views—ideal for a solo traveler like me. The building also had a lounge and a gym, which I unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but they were great perks to have. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive—quickly providing a larger towel when I asked and proactively helping me through a stressful luggage situation. They also gave me all the detailed information and transport options to get to the airport, which made my departure so much smoother. The building offered convenient luggage storage too, but need to be more careful with the code. I can’t recommend this place and the host enough—definitely a top choice for any solo traveler visiting Seoul.

It was a quiet and comfortable atmosphere because it was a residential area. I booked it because it was a business trip to Kintex, but it was also nice to go for a run in the lake park in front of you within walking distance. I booked it for a business trip, and I felt like I was at home, so I was able to maintain my daily life.

This place is well-located, convenient, and pleasant. The building has useful amenities (gym, etc), and is super near to Seoul Station and great bus connections. I had a great time here!

Fantastic place, there are 2 stations near the airbnb, both 2 and 5 mins on foot. It's a really nice place to come back to after a hectic day in Seoul since the place is stationed in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Our airbnb host JM house has been the best host till now. Not only did he help me with finding our airbnb and other stuffs related to the Airbnb, he helped us with early luggage delivery and storage. He was very helpful and had quick response which helped us a lot. He did bring help in a short notices. He was so flexible with our check out time which gave us extra time to relax. The apartment was the most beautiful and comfortable place I have stayed. The views are amazing and the apartment is close to shopping centre, stations and 1 minute walk to bus station. It was so convenient for us. Would definitely recommend it Thank you so much for all the help and making our stay very special.

A very unique place to stay with some lovely thoughtful touches. We’ve stayed in Seoul a few times and this was the best location yet - good for everyone I’d say but especially families with DDP and Sparex nearby. We’d stay again.

This award-winning hanok is calm and cozy while also being very beautiful inside. The host was kind and responsive, and provided enough Nespresso for our stay and high-quality bath products. It is on a hill which can be challenging if you have mobility problems, but you can always get a taxi to take you to your door. The AC works very well if needed. It is lovely and minimal, and we enjoyed it very much.

Such a beautiful hanok stay– peaceful, full of charm, and very well cared for. The host was kind and attentive, and the location made it easy to explore the area with great cafes and the New Balance and Adidas heritage stores right outside. I had a comfortable stay It was the same facility as the photos, and it was a clean accommodation! There are many amenities and shampoo, body wash, and other items, so it was really nice when staying ~

I cannot rave enough about our experience staying at Midori’s lovely, well-located Airbnb. It’s beautiful, cozy, with plenty of space for the three of us (we each had a bedroom). It’s located in a quaint, charming, residential neighborhood, tucked off of a main thoroughfare with tons of cute cafes, restaurants, as well as access to transit. But the best part was Midori herself. Her instructions were very clear and she provided photos to help locate her place easily. She left special treats to welcome us, was so kind in her communications, and went above & beyond to accommodate and help us. For example, I came in for a concert & would not have made it on time had she not talked thru different options (taking public transport from airport vs. a taxi, keeping luggage at airport). She eventually called me a taxi to pick me up promptly from the Airbnb so I wouldn’t miss anything 🥹🙏🏻 Thank you, Midori for an unforgettable experience and world-class hosting. We hope to be back!

would highly recommend this place. close to metro and lots of choices for food and a very nice cafe across the street and a wonderful restaurant next door to place. it's quiet on a side street.

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

The host paid attention to the details before check-in, so I had fun:) It was nice to have enough bedrooms. :) This is a place I want to visit again next time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

Walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace & Gyeongbokgung subway station (Line 3). The host is really accommodating, very much willing to help and easy to communicate with. Things we liked best: 1. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, near a police station and main road. 2. The place is a few doors away from a Nice 2cu store, very convenient for urgent runs for essentials. 3. So close to Sejong Food Village. 4. The apartment is well taken care of, every corner is neat and clean. Beddings are comfy and homey. 5. Household appliances are complete. 6. With provided bathroom amenities: towels, shampoo, body wash, and hair blowers. House slippers are ample too! 7. Water heater is centralized and works well. Strong water flow for both taps and shower. 8. The size of the place was more than enough for us (5 pax). Would also be nice for family w/ kids. 9. Umbrellas are available for careful use. Only challenge: The unit is about 2 flights of stairs up. Need extra caution when carrying heavy

I had a great stay at Sunny's accommodation, I recommend it.
