Quiet, comfortably furnished apartment in the attic of our well-kept detached house at the end of a play street, sunny balcony, kitchen-living room with sofa bed (140x200), bedroom with large Double bed in country house style, cable TV, Internet access, nice large bathroom. Parking space for bicycles, parking at the house. The shore of Lake Constance, sunbathing lawn and gardening directly at the lake only about 400m away, about 900m to the station Fischbach, to the fair about 6.5 km. Baker and bus stop at 300m.

Our apartment is very quiet and completely quiet in a parallel street to the lake. It is located on the 1st floor and has a beautiful all-round balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short stroll separates you from the shores of the natural beach and the other many tempting leisure activities. In the meantime, we also have a charging station for electric vehicles. You can store your car at the parking lot directly at the house

Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are several restaurants (hotels, Thai snack, pizzeria etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

My accommodation (apartment Luisa, about 27 sqm) is located in the old town of Meersburg, a stone's throw from the historical sights, directed to a quiet side street, surrounded by very good restaurants, cafes, bars as well as museums and shopping.
