My family was in town from all over the states, meeting up and staying at Matthew’s place was amazing. The house was clean and spacious, making it comfortable for our big families to stay there. The backyard was extremely useful for us and the kids. We very much enjoyed our time together with all the amenities that Matthew had to offer. We were very happy and would love to return some day.

Right when we got to the house, it just felt right at home. The kitchen had everything you need that you can cook which is what we did the first night! The hot tub was amazing, and the living room was great to watch tv and have your dogs near you while you’re relaxing. When you’re going to sleep, the beds and the pillows were amazing to lay down while you’re watching tv as well. Everything was home feeling and that’s exactly what we needed! Thank you Clinton! I will come back here again.

Great location and beautiful home! We stayed her for the San Diego Rock and Roll Marathon. It was quiet enough to get a good nights sleep the night before which was great for a Saturday night. It was also walkable to great night life, breweries and restaurants. Parking was a bit difficult for our second car but that could have been due to the marathon being in town. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was my first time visiting San Diego, and staying here made the experience even more special. The space was very clean, well-decorated, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine. My favorite part was definitely the kitchen it was large, modern, and perfect for group meals and hangouts. There were plenty of blankets and towels provided, along with extra air mattresses, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every room was beautifully designed and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be booking this Airbnb again the next time I’m in town!

This is a cute place in the area that has amazing restaurant- Starlite. It’s close to the freeway so commute is not hard. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Stay at Katri’s was great. Had delicious cookies waiting for us when we checked in, which was a breeze. House was spacious and entire lot was very big. Pool was great and even after we had told them that no heated pool would be necessary, Mother Nature had a different idea and gave us some more than unexpected chilly weather, so they had no problem throwing the heater on for us. Freeway in the background was hardly a noise problem for us personally. Just far enough that it didn’t affect us, and was nice to see what our morning commute was going to be like. Brought two dogs with the group that absolutely loved everything (after one of them finally got over his fear of the staircase). All in all a great stay in a great neighborhood. Cant comment more how quickly they responded to us in the days leading up to the trip, and while we were there. Great hosts!

Celebrated my sister’s 30th birthday here and we all had such a blast! The host was so kind and receptive the whole time. The place is incredibly cute and comfy! The pool and grill were the biggest highlights of the weekend. We will definitely book this place again!

Quiet location, exactly as pictured and described. Parking could be a challenge if you have a large vehicle but being able to park in the garage made it easier. Great communication!

This is our third time staying here and it gets better and better every time! Literally spent the whole trip on the property with so many activities which the kids loved. Last time we used it as a place to stay when we went to Legoland and it was tough getting the kids to leave! My daughter's favorite host was Kelsey and my son's favorite is Riley. My buddy is Calvin the Alpaca. A perfect getaway and Heather and her family are super welcoming and attentive to any needs. Can't wait for the next visit!

The location is a ten minute walk to the beach. There’s a sprouts three minutes away and numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location with a very great host. Very kind people. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. We enjoyed our time at Casa Blanca. Great location on the beach near Puerto Nuevo. We felt very safe in the gated neighborhood. We had a great family trip here.

This place is in a great area that felt safe! Got what we payed for and had an amazing time!! Definitely would recommend this house to others! Lots of things to do at the house as well!

WOW is what I’ll start with. A great place to stay fairly close to San Diego downtown area about 15-20 min drive. Devo’s place was as described it was well stocked and we have had a great greeting with beautifully scented candles and the temperature set as it was a fairly cool day. I asked Devo a few questions and she responded and was upfront and honest.

We absolutely loved Caryn’s place! The living area is clean and very comfortable. There is even a large TV room, great for watching movies. Caryn welcomed us warmly and showed us around her ranch and we even got to feed the animals - including her super cute baby piglet Newton. This is not only an Airbnb, it’s a whole farm experience. Recommended to anyone who likes animals and wants to spend time in this peaceful place.

The house was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. The game room was really fun! Owner was super responsive and kind! It was easy to access and very quiet! It was a great place to stay for the week!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunshine Getaway's. The instructions from the host were crystal clear with special video instructions to even get to the front of their garage. I also would like to highlight that the host was extremely responsive, and he answered for something that we needed right away. Host also made sure that we are doing fine. The place is very clean, roomy, and comfortable with plenty of kitchen utensils if you are like us who would like to prepare food even during the vacation times! My family, including our pet dog, very much liked the space.

David is exactly what the reviews said about his responsiveness. My family and I can say this was our best experience ever in San Diego. We felt at home and this experience made it easy for my wife and I to conclude that when traveling with our young kids, we would be better off reserving an airbnb with a great host like David. We had a fabulous time at the Granny Flat! Everything was pristine and Kristen has thought of every amenity. She was kind and responsive. We loved the peaceful backyard with gorgeous views. The location is super convenient and a max of 25-30 mins to anywhere else in the SD area. Our pups had a great time, too! Would love to stay here again!
