Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.

Ca'n Bou

Ca'n Bou is a brand new house with 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, 200m2 of living space, 200m2 of terraces and 12x4m swimming pool. It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. We have fused modern elements with charming traditional Mallorcan architecture, using local materials such as lime paint, wood and stone to ensure a sustainable approach. The result is a welcoming environment to immerse yourself in the rich culture of Mallorca.

This amazing single house began life many years ago. Since its extensive renovation, finished July 2023, it has become a wonderful place to enjoy a well-deserved holiday in one of Mallorca’s most beautiful and historic towns - Soller! Ca’n Stolt is situated right in the heart of this lovely town! A perfect combination of traditional stone walls with modern features. Right outside your door step, you have your own peaceful garden with many different fruit trees.

Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms with a bathroom and bathtub.

This large modern and light apartment is located within the Roc Hotel complex. It comfortably sleeps 4 people, comes fully equipped and guests benefit from the use of all hotel facilities: outdoor and indoor pools, gym, steam room, roof-top solarium, direct access to the sea with a short walk to a sandy beach. Please note the hotel complex is closed from mid November until mid March.
