Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Incheon

남편과 곧 세돌이 되는 아이와 함께 대전여행을 다녀왔습니다. 아이가 텐트를 정말 좋아했고 우리가족 모두 만족스러운 숙박이였습니다. 근처에 식당도 많았지만 피곤했던 일정에 저희는 배민으로 반찬가게에서 밥을 시켜먹었고, 숙소에 식기류가 넉넉해서 다음날 아침까지 잘 챙겨먹고 나왔습니다.

This was such a wonderful stay experience for our group of four friends!! JinHyang went above and beyond—not only with the house itself but with the amenities, the local recommendations, and even making sure we had bread during our stay 💓 The place was gorgeous and filled with plants, useful items, and even cute hair clips to borrow for the day. The area was also amazing—right next to Hamdeok Beach and a ton of cute cafes, restaurants, and shops. We love love loved it here and would absolutely return ✨ Thank you JinHyang!!

Love the house! It has everything we needed and more! It is also surrounded by nicely curated landscape with small animals coming to visit everyday. Will definitely recommend it to anyone.

정말 사진그대로고 여심저격입니다. 넘넘 인테리어 이쁘고 깔끔해요. 불은 사용할수 없지만 식기나 그릇 전자레인지는 다 있고 우선 가장중요한 욕실! 자쿠지가 분위기 있고 물도 따뜻하고 성인 두명이서 충분히 들어가서 누울 수 있는 규모였어요. 정말 만족한 숙소입니다ㅎㅎ

We loved staying at Grace's place. It was tranquil and quiet. Very aesthetic. Had all the amenities and a very chill vibe. Grace was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations for places to eat and where we could get food to bring with us to climb Hallasan. She was also very responsive to all our questions about how to use certain appliances in the house which we could not figure out. I would say she went over and above her duties as a host. Would absolutely stay here again. We especially loved the neighbour's friendly dogs who would welcome us home everyday.

Host was responsive and immediately provided bathroom mat when we informed about missing at both bathrooms. Big spacious living room and the heated floor helped us warm the room.

비오는날 댓잎 부대끼는 소리 들으며 쉬는데 asmr이 따로 필요 없었네요 ㅎㅎ 가사문학관 바로 뒷편이라 조용히 동네 산책하면서 들르기도 좋고요. 잘 쉬다 갑니다 :)

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and very thoughtfully decorated. Brian was an exceptional host. He is friendly, thoughtful and responsive and provided great local tips. I would recommend Brian’s place to anyone visiting the area!

Great location and clean apartment with very comfy beds. Slept really well every night. Host very prompt to respond to queries. A tad small but nevertheless a comfy stay. Thank you, Happy!

바로 옆 건물이 AK Plaza이고 다양한 식당들과 Cafe, 쇼핑몰(Olive Young, Art Box, Spao, Uniqlo, Megabox 영화관, etc.) 있고 subway 1 stop만 가면 범계역 롯데백화점 있어 location이 참 좋아요. 오피스텔 지하주차장에서 바로 access되고, 집이 spacious하고 새 건물이고 깨끗이 잘 관리되어 있어요. 히터, 에어컨, 선풍기, 온풍기, 공기청정기, 건조기능 있는 세탁기가 있어 편리했고 Host가 very responsive하고 집안 곳곳에 instructions를 알려주는 메모지가 붙어 있어 Host의 사려깊음이 느껴졌습니다. 창문들이 커서 집안이 밝고 Nice city view를 즐길 수 있어 좋았고, 한가지 단점은 subway station(지상)바로 옆에 위치하여 소리에 예민한 분들은 자다가 subway 안내방송 소리와 train 소음에 잠을 살짝 설치게 될 수도 있는데, 전반적으로 단점보다 더 많은 장점들이 있어 이 숙소를 추천합니다.

여기 숙소 진짜너무 대박이에요. 잠도 아주 편하게 잤구요, 친구랑 같이 놀러왔는데, 보안도 잘 되어있어서 앞으로 대전 놀러오면 무조건 여기서 자랴구요!! 호스트분도 너무너무 친절하시구, 응답도 빠르셔요!!!! 덕분에 좋은 컨디션으로 잘 놀다갑니다🩵🩵

집처럼 편하게 머물다 갑니다. 구석구석 호스트께서 신경써서 꾸며두시고, 구비해두신 것들 덕분에 기분좋게 지냈습니다. 깔끔히 정돈된 집에서 에어컨도 시원하고, 생각지 못했던 집 바로 앞의 편의점도 정말 정말 가까워서 편하게 활용했습니다. 그리고 주변 맛집 추천리스트를 주신 덕분에 로컬 맛집 탐방기회도 얻었습니다. 감사했습니다!

시내 가까이 산자락에 크고 예쁜 정원이 있는 잘 정돈된 숙소. 아파트 생활하는 가족이 가서 힐링하기에 안성 마춤인 듯 합니다.

15명 가족여행 중 이틀을 보냈는데, 참 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 조경이 잘 된 갬성 가득한 정원에서의 첫 날 저녁식사부터 좋았어요. 실내와 야외를 오가는 동선을 줄이도록 바베큐 세팅이 완벽했어요. 야외 테이블에 싱크대, 주방 집기, 1회용 용기, 분리수거 비닐, 모기향, 불꽃놀이, 단체사진을 위한 삼각대까지 세심하게 준비돼 있어서 뭐 하나 아쉬운 것 없이 온 가족이 즐길 수 있었고. 호스트님에게 따로 문의까지 드렸던 침구와 베개가 정말 깨끗하고 바스락. 드립커피를 즐기는 우리 가족에게 완전 사랑 받았던 커피 Zone, (혹시 원두가 오래됐을까 싶어서, 집에서 가져갈까 고민했었는데, 드립해보시면 알 거예요, 신선한 원두의 크레마) LP 감상과 아이들에게 천국이었던 2층 거실, 비가 오던 밤 따끈했던 야외 자쿠지, 3층의 골프 Zone까지 더할 나위 없는 숙소였습니다. 근처 쇠소깍 카약 체험과 근처 맛집도 공유해주셨고 두고 온 물건도 택배로 보내주셨어요. 사용법이나 문의에 대한 응대도 바로바로 해주셨고요. 저희 가족이 그 다음 숙소에 대한 만족도가 훅 떨어졌는데 서귀포클래식이 너무 좋았어서 그렇다는 말을 엄청 했습니다. 언젠가 제주여행에서 다시 뵐게요! 감사합니다! ^^

We really enjoyed our stay at plant 101 after a few busy days in Seoul and Busan. The villa is large and tastefully furnished. We loved the golf simulator which was a lot of fun on a day where the weather wasn’t too nice. Communication with the host was smooth with immediate responses and helpful recommendations. Thank you!

부부동반 모임으로 6명이 2박 이용했습니다.😊 사장님 내외분 인상이 너무 좋으시고 친절하셔서 머무는내내 너무 편안했어요!! 다음에 제주가면 꼭 다시 찾고싶을만큼 만족했습니다.ㅎㅎ 가족단위로 가기에도 좋고 저희처럼 친구들끼리 가기에도 너무 좋아요 화장실도 2개여서 많은 인원이 이용하기에 안성맞춤입니다~~~!! 오랫동안 기억에 많이 남을 숙소에요❤️

Really well-designed space. Beautiful and would stay again. Just be sure to rent a car cause you will have trouble getting a taxi to and from the place. The blinds in the bedroom do not block light effectively, so be sure to bring an eye mask if you're sensitive to light.
