Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Thick exterior walls made of brick and half-timbered clay walls combined with real wood oak floors guarantee a pleasant room climate all year round. The central location on the edge of the Eifel, coupled with the excellent connections to Aachen, Cologne, Jülich and Düsseldorf make it the perfect place to rest and relax.
