Spacious cottage on Lake Charlevoix! The cottage shares a large, 1-acre property with a house that is listed separately. Both can be rented together. One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). Whole home heating system and window AC. 1 mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail. 6 miles to Boyne Mountain.

End the day decompressing in the private sauna. -20 min to Mackinaw City, 10 min to downtown Cheboygan.

Create memories while relaxing on your raft floating in the lake! Our cabin can be your cabin on a beautiful electric only, no wake lake. Bring your Kayaks and your fishing poles and hang out all day! Or bring your favorite toys and enjoy the many ATV and snowmobile trails. We are located 20 minutes from bustling Gaylord, 30 minutes from quaint Petoskey, 35 minutes from historic Mackinaw. We have a paddle boat, fire pit and grill all for your use. Come and enjoy, sit back, relax and unwind!

Beautiful Log Cabin on the River with Hot Tub

Bring your boat, we have 150' of dock!! Launch next door. Riverfront cabin in the woods with a hot tub overlooking the water. The cabin is very comfortable & is ready for guests to enjoy! It has 3 bedrooms & can comfortably sleep 6 people. Very private with ducks, swans, deer and a bald eagle to enjoy! Only house in area is in our family as well so no neighbors. Escape technology (no internet or cable but Verizon and AT&T have coverage) & enjoy peace & quiet! Please note no air conditioning.

Riverfront cottage 1-mile nature walk to downtown

A unique old-school cottage located right on the Bear River and Petoskey's newly developed Bear River park and trail. A one-mile meandering walk, over the river and through the woods will take you to downtown Petoskey and Lake Michigan. Along the riverwalk in the opposite direction is a skate park and running track. Also close to shopping plazas and a robust downtown shopping district. The house is dog friendly with a fenced in yard and has three porches to look out over the the river valley.

Rustic cabin on Echo Lake with 60 ft. of beach, a dock for fishing and a swing for relaxing. Enjoy the sunrise, then enjoy the rest of your day on the beach with a screened in tiki bar equipped with refrigerator and gas grill on the water. Cabin has three bedrooms with queen beds, loft has a California king and a double bed. Loft also has a computer and kids area. Two full baths, outside dining area and a screened in lower deck with refrigerator, ceiling fan and hammock for relaxing.

Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
