From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. It's a ground floor apartment. The small terrace at the entrance is surrounded by the garden. It takes about 5 - 10 minutes by car to get to the lakes. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Please be sure to arrive by car.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
