Holiday rentals with a patio in Innisfil

Susan and Ken are awesome, friendly, professional hosts. They have a clean cozy, homely loft overlooking their tranquil beautiful garden perfect for longer stays. They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable even added an umbrella in the patio outside for my husband to have a smoke without getting drenched in the rain. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Catherine’s place was just as expected; beautiful decor, clean, and spacious. It’s walking distance to the trail and dog park. Catherine was friendly and quickly responded to my inquiries. She also accommodated a late check out, which allowed my husband to continue working from home on the day of our check out. We highly recommend Catherine’s place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

place is very well located, close walking distance to all the entertainment at Harbour Friday. The apartment is cozy, beautifully decorated, clean and with everything you need for your stay. I recomend this place!

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. Had a great time staying here with 6 people including myself. Great location. It was close to everything we wanted. 4 mins to Tims. 13 mins to downtown. and 25 mins to Horseshoe Valley Resort. Beds were decent. Couches were very comfortable, and my back isn't the best. So that was a nice feature. Back deck was very nice. We had no issues with the neighbors, even though I was worried based on one of the other reviews. We only used 3 cars, and parked in a row on our side of the driveway. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Would definitely recommend.

What a dream location for our family to spend a week of relaxation and fun! The home was as beautiful in person as it was in the photos, and Paola was a lovely host. l Every last detail was thought of and truly made for such a memorable stay. We hope to return in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage in Innisfil! The location is absolutely stunning—waking up to serene lake views every morning was pure bliss. The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the lake. We had a lovely stay at Matt’s place. The home was immaculate and comfortable. We used the fire pit, games room and the hot tub. We like to cook our own meals and appreciated the large kitchen and cupboard space. Plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. Thanks Matt!

Shiyu was a great host. What an amazing and peaceful cottage. We made some great memories there. Shiyu was very responsive and helpful. The place looks exactly, even better than pictures in real life. Shiyu accommodated us in best way possible. Totally worth getting this place for the weekend and spending time with family. Definitely booking it again soon. I would recommend 100% this property if you want to spend quality time with your loved ones.

Perfect weekend with girlfriends overnight at Friday Harbour in a perfect location. Hosts were extremely responsive and genuine, and offered us some added perks like early checkin and late checkout to buffer the fact that the pool and hot tub were not open in time for our visit. The weather was frightfully cool anyway, so best to stay indoors, and a great condo to do just that. Kitchen fully equipped and spotless home for a group of 4 to spend a night or two. Lovely furnished balcony and had it been warmer, we would have enjoyed it outside the condo. Thank you to our great hosts.

We had the best weekend! the place was spotless, there were items left for us like seasonings and snacks (the kids LOVED eating the popcorn out of the cool containers) and the place is in a great location!!! We will definitely be back!!

Loved our stay here!! Can't say enough positive things about our vacation here. Kitchen was fully stocked, clean bathroom and rooms, easy check in and check out and excellent cooling system as it was a hot few days. Amenities were great and welcoming for families, environment was peaceful and we also loved how the balcony backed onto trees and nature. Would 100% stay here again in the future. Thank you!

This condo is a great weekend getaway spot. It’s clean, well-equipped, and has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space is well laid out, with two good-sized bedrooms, a functional kitchen, and a cozy living area. The only downside is the check-in and check-out times. Check-in is later than expected, and check-out is quite early, which cuts into the weekend a bit. That said, the overall experience is excellent and the condo delivers on everything else. Perfect for a quick escape.

Franco and his team are lovely to deal with. They are extremely communicative and in a timely manner. The apartment is exactly “like” the pictures shown, warm, cozy and overall a very welcoming home. In addition, to having such a wonderful place to stay in, they have thought of every kitchen tool you may need during your stay, it’s great to have access to all these accessories. Thank you for the great stay, I would definitely recommend your place to anyone staying in the area.
