Beau petit chalet typique avec une décoration locale, de trolls de toute sorte. Une vue magnifique sur le fjord du balcon de la chambre. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Une belle adresse à recommander.

Marion’s place is a little slice of heaven! Such an amazing view over the fjord, this rustic yet cosy, comfortable home has with everything we needed… (including fluffy towels- a very welcome change!) We enjoyed some down time from our busy holiday schedule, and loved soaking up the location - from coffee by the lounge windows,; a read on the patio, cozying up with blankets. Marion has truly thought of enerything. The laundry in the bathroom is probably the most functional one we’ve had on out travels. A quick 10 min drive to town too to cafes and supermarket, and of course the gondola for amazing fjord views Lastly , Marion was a lovely responsive host, very helpful with local recommendations. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world - we will definitely stay again!

Very lovely stay, hope to come back one day ! The house is really magical and everything was as clean and functional. The water has a bit of a taste, like some other guests noted, so we brought a few bottles with us just for drinking and it was no problem. Bente left us some delicious home-made biscuits for our arrival. It was easy to access and park. It snowed a lot, but everything was regularly plowed. Thank you for everything !

It was so wonderful to stay here that we booked it for our way back while coming back towards Bergen, at the end of our Norwegian roadtrip. Its a really special house with pristine rooms, linens, towels and a spotless kitchen. You can find everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The house is a dream. Erle is a wonderful and communicative host. Do yourself a favor and book this spot. A word of caution though, you might never want to leave. :)

Dette er en helt nydelig plass som anbefales på det sterkeste. En ekte bondeidyll, med et nydelig gårdstun, et hus man vil flytte inn i, og går du hundre meter ned veien har du en badeplass som gir friske bad og postkortbilder. Vi kommer helt klart tilbake! Our family had a great stay at Shezana’s. The trampoline and yard was a highlight for the kids enjoying the longer Norwegian summer nights. The main level was the perfect hub for us all to gather and relax; plenty of seating, large dining table, and plenty of space for the 6 of us. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. The location was also perfect for us, a quick drive to the train into Oslo, Joker grocery store walking distance away, and just a great home base for our adventures.

Wonderful place to stay. Nice and cosy farmhouse from 19th century, I guess, but renovated with a lot of love. Modern clean and warm bath. There´s even with a old painted door. Everything is beautifully arranged. Parking right in front of the door. Toril lives next door and is a very helpful host. Beautifully located between the lake and the montains, very scenic view. I was there in Winter with two colleagues for ski-touring, but I will return with the family.

Fin og romslig leilighet på en veldig idyllisk gård! Vi var så heldige å få en omvisning på gården og fikk hilse på dyrene med blandt annet alpakka, hester og blacknose sauer. Tusen takk for besøket:)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stein's place during our recent skiing trip to Trysil! Stein was an exceptional host – incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist immediately with any questions or needs we had. His responsiveness made our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The accommodation offered fantastic value for money. While it's located about 10km from the main Trysil centre, this was actually perfect for us as we travelled by car. It provided easy access to the ski areas and the surrounding beautiful nature, while being away from the busiest spots. If you have your own transportation, I wholeheartedly recommend Stein's place.

Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus liegt wunderschön oberhalb von Favang mit einem tollen Blick. Wir wurden nett begrüßt und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit Julia war bestens. Wir hatten ausreichend Holz für den Ofen, um es uns gemütlich zu machen. Wir konnten noch eine schöne Woche mit Skifahren verbringen. Für Langlauf ist Hafjell besser geeignet und auch nur 30 Minuten entfernt. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Cozy cabin in a beautiful surrounding. Very peaceful and quiet. The cabin is well equipped, we had everything we needed. Kristian is a friendly and helpful guy. We enjoyed our stay here 👍

Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt, alles ist mir viel Liebe und Herzblut eingerichtet. Marianne war immer für uns erreichbar und ist einfach super nett und offen. Sie hat uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung geben. Und nicht nur uns, sondern auch unseren Hund sehr offen und herzlich empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Hütte ist ein echter Herzensort. Liebevoll eingerichtet, durchdacht bis ins Detail und wunderbar ruhig gelegen – ideal für alle, die Natur und Ursprünglichkeit suchen. Die Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür sind traumhaft, besonders der Ullafossen – einer der schönsten Wasserfälle, die wir in Norwegen gesehen haben. Auch das einfache Hüttenkonzept hat uns begeistert: Das Plumpsklo im Garten war völlig in Ordnung, und das Wasserholen aus dem Brunnen zum Befüllen der Wassertanks im Keller war unkompliziert. Das Wasser war absolut klar und bestens zum Duschen und Waschen geeignet. Martin ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, dem das Wohl seiner Gäste spürbar am Herzen liegt. Wir sind dankbar für diesen besonderen Ort und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house with a perfect view over the mountains, truly breathtaking! The home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and beautiful nature.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Hütte von Floris. Der Ausblick dort war atemberaubend und man kam direkt zur Ruhe. Auch mit Kleinkind gab es trotz der Ruhe viel zu entdecken und man konnte toll wandern gehen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und hochwertig ausgestattet, man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation zu Floris lief reibungslos ab, er war immer zu erreichen und konnte uns immer weiterhelfen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Vi hadde et fantastisk fin opphold! Fredelig og vakre omgivelser. Stedet var som beskrevet og enda finere i virkeligheten. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

They did an amazing job restoring this historical building. Absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed our stay massively and Ole was kind and helpful. Highly recommended to those seeking a peaceful countryside hide-away!

Nous avons passé trois nuits inoubliables dans ce magnifique chalet et nous en sommes enchantés. La décoration, à la fois agréable et chaleureuse, crée une atmosphère des plus accueillantes. Le logement est parfaitement fonctionnel, absolument rien ne manque pour profiter pleinement de la montagne avec tout le confort souhaité. Situé à seulement 4 km en voiture de Lom, le chalet offre un calme et une paix absolus. Entouré de verdure et même de vaches, c'est un véritable petit paradis sur terre. La propriétaire est tout simplement charmante : très sympathique et agréable, elle a su nous mettre à l'aise dès notre arrivée. Ce séjour fut magnifique, au-delà de nos espérances, et d'une beauté incroyable. N'hésitez pas une seconde, vous ne le regretterez pas !
