Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Willkommen in deiner gemütlichen Ferienwohnung in Kärnten! Genieße den atemberaubenden Blick über das Drautal bis hin zum Goldeck und Dobratsch. Die Lage ist ideal für Naturfreunde, Ruhesuchende und Aktive – ob Wandern, Ski- und Radfahren oder Entspannen. In unmittelbarer Nähe erwarten dich Skigebiete sowie zahlreiche Seen wie Millstätter See, Wörthersee, Ossiacher See, Weißensee und Faaker See. Auch das Dreiländereck ist schnell erreichbar – der perfekte Startpunkt für dein Kärnten-Abenteuer!

Jede unserer geräumigen Ferienwohnungen verfügt über mindestens einen Balkon und lädt zum Genießen der Nachmittagssonne ein. Mit einer Größe zwischen ca. 40 bis 56 qm² ist genügend Platz für Wanderer, Paare oder Familien mit Kindern. Sie sind allesamt urig gemütlich eingerichtet und bieten alles was man braucht. Zur Ausstattung der Wohnungen gehören Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sowie ein Fön. Für alle Wohnungen steht ebenso freies WLAN bereit. Homeoffice ist also kein Hindernis!

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
