Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

Villa with sea access and breathtaking views

The Villa has about 300 square meters covered on two floors, with large terraces overlooking the sea located inside a pine forest. It is accessed by walking for about 30 meters, a private condominium road uphill. The villa is located on the Addaura seafront, the northern coast of Sicily a few km from the center of Palermo and the beaches of Mondello and Vergine Maria. The sea can be reached via an access point located 70 meters from the Villa across the road.
