Our cozy, bright attic apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (sofa bed, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the Southern Palatinate. In a house built in 1904, centrally located in Landau, 2 rooms, kitchenette, as well as a shower room await you. The apartment was newly renovated and refurbished in 2020. In the immediate vicinity are the market square, cafes, restaurants, shops for strolling and an e-bike rental at the neighbor. Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

We were a group of 7 people in Sandra's house. It fully met our expectations. It was very clean and ideal for us as a group with three separate apartments. The kitchens were excellently equipped and the bathrooms were new and equipped with everything a person needs. There was also a possibility to sit outside, which was ideal in the wonderful weather. Here you could possibly hide the trash cans a little behind a Spanish wall. There are also a lot of knick-knacks (or trinkets🤣) in the house, which we personally would not have needed in this quantity. The communication with Sandra was great and she also accommodated us with a late checkout. Overall, it was a very nice time in Sandra's house. We'll be happy to come back.

We were kindly cared for and accompanied by a wonderful time as guests with Hannes. This personal contact also expanded on Hannes' initiative to other warm people in this beautiful place. The bottle of wine cold for our arrival also shows an attentive hospitality. Communication to organize our stay was very reliable and fast. Our room had all the conditions that made our presence pleasant. The lovingly compiled information about the stay in the guesthouse as well as in the village and the surroundings proved to be helpful in the implementation and completely according to the real circumstances. Direct access to the vineyards and nearby forests have allowed us very nice hiking times. The excellent cuisine and delicious drinks of the local wineries have also made our time a real pleasure stay.
