Incredible location with unobstructed views of the water from front and back of the house. House is beautiful and well stocked with everything you could possibly need inside and outside. We had a great stay.

Kate's Place has been my go to place to stay when vacationing in Southport. Kate is a thoughtful and friendly Host. Kate's Place is perfectly located from downtown Southport, the Ferry to nearby Bald Head Island and Wilmington. It is only a short drive to Oak Island. Kate's Place is a perfect place for a single visitor. I always feel right at home.

This cottage was amazing. A little slice of heaven tucked away in a private space but still close to all of the essentials! Gretchen made sure that the stay went well and was super helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in the area!

This is not our first time staying here. It is perfect for us and our furr babies. This place is always spotless, smells good, and feels like home! I would highly recommend this place. 5 star rating in our book.
